The ice cream is awesome as always. Bit i don't appreciate the gangster rap/ r&b on the radio. I thought Havens was a Christian establishment.

Yummy treat, very healthy milk product. The Cookie Monster and Hawaiian are my favorites. The strawberry was good and one with the butterfinger yum! I also get chocolate milks and 2 gallons of regular milk for freezer.

The story Havens has shared was about their daughter being allergic to milk. I assumed which I probably shouldn't have that they would have specialty ice cream for children who are allergic to milk. Disappointed when I took my 5-year-old granddaughter in from Texas, they had no ice cream specifically made for anyone allergic to milk. Also, when I asked the employee what can my granddaughter eat since she is allergic to milk and I was told she didn't know the ingredients. Only one choice, Sherbert. The Yard has always been our go-to place for dairy-free ice cream. So I guess we're just going to have to stick to The Yard ?

We love getting ice cream and ice cream coffees here! Today we tried the chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream cake (not sure if that’s the correct name). This was amazing!!! There was plenty to share!

The service was unprofessional. Went with my friend to grab some ice cream and was stared at and not spoken to. Not even a simple smile. As someone who works in the food service industry and deals with customers daily, it’s so important to always have a smile on your face and be VERBAL with others. It’s like my server there didn’t care to help us and looked at us like we were dumb as rocks and expected us to know how the place was ran when we have never been in there before. Workers should always help and guide their customers to make them feel welcomed.
