We saw the coffee shop on our way to Florida. Google stated that the location was open we detoured out of our way to visit the coffee shop. The business was closed. There were no updated hours on Google or Facebook. I would have lived to have tried their coffee

The staff is very welcoming and the coffee is delicious! My kids also loved the hot chocolate and smoothie. The hot chocolate was perfect temperature for a small child so we didn’t have to worry about him burning himself. The military wall is my favorite place about it and you can just hand them a picture in frame and they’ll put it up on the wall for you. 10/10! It’s one of our “most stop at” places every time we come to Lucedale ☺️

Coffee is great. I bought a opossum drawing and it hangs on my wall. The staff is friendly, and they will help you choose a coffee if you are unsure. 10/10 ❤️

My husband and I have driven from Texas to Florida and back several times, and this coffee shop has become a must-stop on every trip. Their vanilla matcha with toasted marshmallow cold foam is absolutely delicious. I had my friends try it, and they loved it too! Each time we make the drive, I look forward to stopping here. It’s always worth the visit.

I stopped by Lucedale Coffee House & Opossum Coffee Company and ordered a vanilla iced coffee. I asked the barista, Kai, to make it extra sweet, and she absolutely nailed it! It was perfectly made just the way I like it. Kai was super friendly and really took the time to get it right. Great service, great coffee, and a cozy atmosphere — I’ll definitely be coming back! ☕️💛

I hate to be this guy but I’ve tried this place several times as my wife loves this place and their coffee. But every time I’ve ordered my coffee or any drinks of my own, there is always an issue. Once I ordered a Chai Tea Latte and they gave me a dirty chai tea, which isn’t what I wanted because it adds a shot of espresso and leaves out the milk. Another time I ordered the Chai Tea Latte again hoping it would be better this time but they gave me a hot chai tea. When I returned to correct my order, they acted confused by my request as if they didn’t know what a chai tea latte was. Today I ordered a hot chocolate and it came out cold which I didn’t realize until i was back in my car driving away. It seems like every time I’ve ordered a drink from here, something has gone wrong. I’m not trying to complain and I always want to support a local business but I’m just annoyed by this being a reoccurring issue.(sidenote: my wife has had no issues with this coffee house. So I’m hoping it’s just a stroke of badluck for me.)
