Went in today (January 9) and I have to say this is the BEST McAllister’s in all of south MS. The food was incredible and Hillary who was working the register was EXTREMELY friendly and a great example of incredible customer service! I live an hour away but will definitely be making the drive to this location more often!

I could go on forever about this place and the workers! The restaurant is so clean and calm. The workers really take great care to provide the best service. The food always looks as delicious as the pictures. It tastes so amazing as well. The customer service is always above and beyond. They check on you to see if you would like refills, plates cleared, and ask if everything is up to your satisfaction. They are so cheerful and unlike everywhere else they know their app and are genuinely happy to help you with it. They are great with kids and so patient when little ones are choosing what they want. They really treat you like family. We LOVE coming here and are making it a weekly tradition.

Nice place to go out and eat, everyone was very friendly and this is the second place I have went out to eat and they bring you your food but the first fast food place that you just left everything on the table and they cleaned it up. The only thing I like my cornbeff a lot thinner but good sandwich. That is why I gave four stars on the food.
Parking: What's to tell it's free and easy parking.
Kid-friendliness: They don't mind kids running around like they shouldn't be in public, but that's my opinion

Came for the first time to this location. Service was absolutely amazing! The epitome of Southern Hospitality! The girl behind the counter that took my order (i didnt catch her name) was the most absolute sweetheart! I wasn’t even planning on ordering a whole lot since I was meeting a few people for work related things, but her kindness and bubbly attitude definitely made me want to spend more and purchase a whole dozen of chocolate chip cookies and lunch. The only issue I had was the pestering fly that kept going around, but other than that, I absolutely recommend this place for everyone!

Went for lunch. After waiting 35 minutes for a pick two combo (soup and sandwich) I had to go ask about my food. It took another 6-7 minutes for them to finally bring it out. My daughter and her husband who ordered at the same time still didn't get their food and had to ask. My daughter's soup was cold. It wasn't busy. It shouldn't have taken almost an hour to get soup and half a sandwich.

We went there on free tea day so all of the young people were dressed up in colorful outfits and everything was decorated. I had chicken with a wonderful house sauce and my companions chose sandwiches and a side: the sandwiches are cut into little triangles and the food is super fresh and great.
The people are all so happy and friendly and like they were having fun while doing a perfect job
Vegetarian options: The lettuces are very colorful with a mix of tasty varieties and the peppers and tomatoes are yummy
Parking: Large lot right in front of the store and drive through as well

Placed an online order. They were kind enough to call and let me know they couldn't make a spud and even offered to give me a refund and replace the item for free. I arrived after the app told me my food would be ready. The cashier said it wasn't ready. Didn't offer me my drink while I wait. Waited way too long for an order placed well in advance. I asked to speak to a manager. Waited. The cashier eventually asked me what was in my order after waiting an hour. I just told them I don't even want my food at this point and left. Disgraceful. This McAllister's brings shame to this once beloved restaurant.
