Dysfunctional Jarhead
Went to the Lucedale MS Location after have a really bad day working on a vehicle and Wanted a Good meal. Typically I have a Stellar time at this location till today. I walked in and was immediately greeted by the cashier asking “CASH OR CREDIT”. I responded with “DOES IT MATTER ?”. Obviously they fixed the issue that second and they were ready for my order.I’m then asked by another employee if they can take my truck for a spin ? I responded with a no ! As I was about to make my order he then said “ GO TO SUBWAY, THE FOOD’S BAD HERE !”. I looked at him directly as said, why don’t you tell the manager that and have him convince me to leave ? Someone behind the prep side proclaimed “NOT IT” as they then laughed at the situation.I smashed my hand earlier as I mentioned and couldn’t really cook. On top of that, I’m a partially disabled USMC Veteran. I frequent this location often with no issues. The guy next to me “Employee” kept at me constantly so, I left the store as he advised ! About ten minutes later as I’m eating at sonic I get a ph call from I’m guessing the manager etc. It was a Barrage of “DUDES, MAN’S ETC. Everything but Sir ! I was advised that the Employee was Fired and that this wasn’t the only customer complaint. The only information that should have been relayed to me was that they apologize for the whole situation and that it has been handled effective immediately. It was not the managers place to inform me that an employee had been fired, the reason the employee had been fired or the circumstances leading up to the employees termination. they might want to have a talk with human resources considering that this is a blatant violation of employment law. At this point, I really don’t think I’ll be returning to this location as I have Many other choices.

This is a picture of the black Angus club sandwich I got the other day. It had 1-2 pieces of thin roast beef per section, and no cheese or onions. This was one of the saddest club sandwiches I’ve had the displeasure of eating.

Service is good. It's clean. The food quality is subpar, however. This “stuff” that is called Mac and Cheese is below generic. Absolutely awful. It is 100% a corporate problem because they're using terrible product and selling at retail prices. Won't be back. Embarrassing.
