You can order just one thing and theyll tell you to pull up in a parking lot then forget you. Its happened several times here
Two creamers in medium and it looks like this. The taste is digusting what did they put in this I never had white coffee. Disgusting. Refund please
Waited 30 minutes for 3 biscuits and coffee. Sad
It’s gotten ridiculous, that if you come threw the drive threw anytime between 6pm and close that you will sit in the line for close to an hour, everyday! They will ask every single car to please pull forward, into the 7 parking spots designated for people waiting on their order, when all those spots are full, they will just start lining people up passed h the e window. They do it to make it look like the drive through time is less than it is. It’s crazy to have 10-15 cars all pulled away from the window waiting on “fast food” just for it to be cold or wrong.
The cashier did the best she could and she had a great attitude.
Food was super slow. Wasn’t terribly busy inside or in the drive through. After waiting 15-20 minutes for our food, they had missed an entire portion. I will give the team credit, went back in and told them, they made it right in less than a minute.
Christmas Eve at the drive thru: first window had the sweetest girl and the 2nd windows had the most delightful young girl as well! Merry Christmas 🎅

This is probably one of the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Terrible attitudes, terrible services. For a place to be labeled “fast food”, these people are slower than Joe Biden’s thought process. What a shame

What the hell even happened here? I apologize in advance for the ammount of times "frappe" will be said in this review.
My roommate and I pulled up around 11 to get some food. I tried to order a caramel frappe but the girl on the mic said "We stopped serving breakfast." I thought something might have changed because the Frappe could always be ordered all-day. I asked if the frappe was a breakfast only item now and was sternly told "Breakfast ended at 11." That didn't answer my question, but I chose to just move on. I told her I wanted two nugget meals - one with coke and one with rootbear. I pulled up, there was a small issue with the register that took a moment and then they handed me my card - no ticket.
I pulled up and when I was handed my bag, I asked if the frappe was moved to the breakfast menu only and the ladies at the second window seemed confused. They said "No. You can order that all-day." I explained that the girl at the mic was telling people that they couldn't have frappes and they said they'd give me a frappe as an apology and then they asked me to pull up.
I sat in the spot for a few minutes and watched new people show up, get their food and leave. I still only had one nugget meal and one drink, so I thought I was waiting for my other meal. I walked in and explained what was happening and that they didn't give me a ticket. I didn't think I was being rude, but I'm not good at reading signals or emoting properly so forgive me if the employees saw the situation differently; however, when they pulled up my order, it showed that I had only been charged for one meal and one drink and the "apology frappe" had been given to another customer due to a miscommunication. I said that it was fine and I walked up to the counter and ordered another nugget meal but with a medium frappe instead of my coke.
After a few minutes, I was handed a bag and told "Have a nice day." They forgot my frappe. I called after the employee and said they forgot my frappe and she acted confused. "We didn't hand it to you out the window?" I. Hadn't. Left. The. Lobby. I told her no and she went off to get me my coffee.
A few minutes later, a different employee came and slammed down a SMALL frappe. I had asked for a medium. At that point I was fed up and the employee who had given it to me ran off before I could say anything. I didn't think I was being rude. I've worked in customer service and I understand that it came be stressful - especially around the holidays - and I'm sorry if I inconveinienced anyone working here but I don't see what I did wrong to deserve that. I didn't even make a stink over the tiny coffee. I just left.

Very slow service the workers just walk by no smiles or responses when you talk to them. Place needs attitude adjustments. The work in public by choice be nice.

Truly incompetent! This is the slop they serve to people! NO SAUCE! When EXTRA sauce was asked for three times!!!!! This location needs to be shut down!

Service on October 19 was subpar.
The food met standard expectations.
A customer queue formed unnecessarily, with visible idle employees. A young staff member spoke rudely to a customer who had repeatedly requested assistance. Three employees nearby ignored multiple customers seeking service.
The atmosphere fell short of expectations. Cleanliness was below standard in several areas, as evidenced by the attached photos. The trash receptacle displayed visible grime and debris at its base.
