Another trip to Lucedale McDonalds and yet another let down. For probably the last year this McDonald’s has been painfully slow and then your food isn’t even fresh. We waited in the drive thru today for literally 26 minutes until I finally got fed up and went inside to check on my food. My order along with probably 5-6 other orders were all sitting on a delivery tray while the worker stood and talked to a group of friends. Finally got my food and every bit of it is cold per usual. My wife tried calling the store after I returned home and she seen the food but of course there’s no answer.
This location used to be one of the best McDonald’s but they have been absolutely horrendous for the last year. If it weren’t for my son loving the chicken nuggets and my wife loving the Diet Coke, we wouldn’t even go anymore

Foods good, but it took forever to get our food. And I bought a large strawberry banana smoothie. And whenever I got it almost half of it was empty. If your in a rush I advise you not to go there.

Please stop coming here. It’s a nightmare. Consistently get orders wrong. They’ll sell you sundaes but they have no spoons. Which would have been nice to know before ordering. People are waiting for orders for 40 mins. Then they said sorry we must’ve skipped your order. It’s a mess.

Just shut the doors. Every few months I try to swing through to see if it’s gotten better ….it hasn’t. 15-20 minute wait through the drive through, foods always cold and the order is never correct. Then the employees have an attitude when you say something about it. Just a circus every time we go.

Very very slow. I've never came to this McDonald's and didn't get pulled forward to have to wait 10+ minutes even if there is no one else there they will pull you forward and you might as well get comfortable cause you will be there a while lol. Some of the workers can be pretty friendly tho so that is a plus.

i wanted grinch meal and as they always say out of order. i went to the bathroom and seen throw up in the toilet and german roaches crawling everywhere and they don't have any care for the food cause one time i went and asked for a burger and fries and the fries were burnt and burger was half cooked and i seen two roaches fighting in the bathroom over a piece of cheese.
