Went there on a Friday nite @10:30 pm door open nobody around waited 10 min still no service phone rang they answered it I called while inside and they didn't answer if I could give a negative star I would very disappointed

I have forgotten how good Pizza Hut Pizza taste. This location the staff are very friendly and your order is always correct and hot and ready. If you’re using Google maps though it sends you to the car dealership across the street how funny is that? Their pizza is phenomenal. Still brings back childhood memories. Forget the other guys they’re just playing games lol you know like Domino’s.

Today I called the store at the Lucedale location because I couldn’t get the online specials to work, asked if I could place my order over the phone and still get the same deal as online since it wouldn’t work on my phone and the (seemingly young man) told me “we don’t have any deals in store” ok, to which I replied because I was still confused (I said this very nicely btw) “well what I’m trying to tell you is I can’t get online to work so what can I do?” And he replied in a VERY rude and sarcastic tone “well what IM trying to tell YOU is we have no deals in store” I couldn’t believe he got so smart with me when I’m just trying to figure out how to order. He could have offered help or told me nicely I didn’t need the attitude. so I told him I would be taking my business elsewhere. I understand them not being able to do it in store, I’m actually a very understanding person in general so I was shocked to be talked to so rude and out of nowhere, the interaction could have gone so different and it just left me with a really bad taste in my mouth. His tone was completely unacceptable for any type of business. I will be using dominos from now on!

Went through the drive through, paid, but then was asked to park at the front and wait. Ok, I wait and wait and wait. Eventually the people behind me received their food. I walked in and asked for my order. It was ready, just no one was keeping up with orders. Person behind the counter said two people called in....sick.

Today Door dash charged me for an order from Pizza Hut that I did not make. No confirmation or notification needed I guess. Door dash will not speak to me about my complaint. So be very careful about any door dash account you have. I door dashed 1 time 2 months ago from pizza hut. Please look at my pizza hut order no way would I order a 12" cheese pizza for $20+. No way
