Those poor people were so busy and trying to balance all the orders and get them out. They all were working like crazy. I was apologized to two different times for the wait. But I understood. Thank you for the great service and food.

Last night I went in to grab some mild wings and I was told that don’t carry them anymore but had different flavors. Well I wanted mild which they don’t carry so I guess I won’t need to worry about the slow service because I don’t plan to go back

I did not get all my food that I had ordered on a Friday afternoon to carry with me while I was traveling and I didn't notice it until midnight when I wanted my extra sandwich that I didn't get my two extra sandwiches. And I was out of town and so I called the manager a few days later when I was back in town and was told that oh sorry I should have called the day that it happened even though they were already closed when I realized that it had happened. Guess I won't be going back there to be robbed again ????

If I could leave zero stars I would every time I come here they never know what you order never have anything right and you’ll be waiting for a year before you actually get the food and when you do it’s not right and I got asked four fing times what I ordered like?????? I Haven't dined here in a bit due to the increase of the cost of EVERYTHING which caused my decision that gasoline was MORE IMPORTANT than takeout.... HOWEVER the last time I got chicken that I ordered and purchased online was AWESOME and the pullup service was prompt and courteous.AS A FORMER FASTFOOD/MAJOR RESTUARANT EMPLOYEE AT MULTIPLE BUSINESSES IN THIS AREA , I would be regretful if i didnt include this statement below.NOTE: THIS IS A POPULAR PLACE TO EAT. IF THEY ARE FULLY STAFFED WITH THE 10 PEOPLE THEY NEED PER SHIFT...AND THERE IS A WAIT ON ANY CHICKEN OR ANYTHING MADE FROM/WITH CHICKEN MEAT AND THERE IS 2 OR MORE CARS PULLED UP &/OR THE LOBBY IS FULL DO NOT ASUME YOULL HAVE A 15-20 MIN WAIT LIKE THE ONES WAITING AHEAD OF YOU. ASSUME YOULL HAVE AT LEAST A 25 MINUTE WAIT. IT TAKES 16 MIN TO COOK CHICKEN + 2 MIN TO GET OUT OF FRYERS + 2-3 MIN FOR YOUR ORDER TO BE PACKED ..
