The service sucks if you want fast food you’d have better luck else where, twice they have ran out of something and charged me and refused a refund this is absolutely ridiculous

Very impatient staff. Sit on dining tables and watch you press the button to order than take a few minutes to finish their conversation to take your order. I never get my change back! I had an order one time that was $15 so I paid with a $20 bill and I didn't not get my change back at all. When I inquired at the door they ignored me. I guess they forcefully take tips. I understand that these tips are what some of us live off of, I've been there. Just do your job and I will gladly tip you. Never take order correctly. Ive gotten things in my order that i have politely asked for them to remove. I have been patient and polite everytime. I have come here a few times hoping they would change and nothing! I have worked at a Sonic location before and I understand that it's busy. I understand that completely. But take a moment to realize that you're dealing with food handling and cash handling. Hoping to see change soon because i really do enjoy Sonic from time to time.

The lady that took my order was preoccupied or wasn’t listening cause she got my food and one of the sizes of my drinks wrong after I told her again the right thing. And then the little girl that was our car hop had an attitude as soon as she came to my car . I asked politely if she would give me the drink I asked for and she literally poured the medium in the large cup leaving it 1/3 way empty. And then got mad cause I had to repeat that I needed sauces when she came back cause she was pissy because I needed her to fix the drink.i realized after I left my burger that wasn’t supposed to have any veggies infact had lettuce onion and tomato on it and my other burger was supposed to be no onion . It had a handful of onions and the patties were dry !!!

Ordered ahead of time on app. Food came out right away. But unfortunately when I got home with it, fries were so hard and over cooked, I couldn't even bite into them. The burger tasted like the meat went bad i didn't even eat it, it was so bad! Fortunately my drink was good ??‍♀️

After ordering ahead on the app and checking in upon arrival and waiting 15 minutes with no food, I pressed the red button and asked about my order. I had to ask the young lady to come out because she couldn't hear me. She returned to the restaurant and retrieved my order, which had been sitting on the counter for while I knew because I could see it from outside. The fries were cold they did replace them with some that tasted like day old fries, and the burger was also cold but actually made correctly. It's really bad at this visit

Always enjoyed the food. Tonight Eugene wanted a milkshake. Waited while the car next to us gave her order. They were getting their food when this girl started talking to Eugene. He ordered 2 milkshakes. She babbled something. I got out of our truck, went to the order thingy. I couldn't understand her. I told her the parts of her babbling that I did not understand. She didn't say anything. We left.

We ordered our shake via the app. After 20 min of waiting I had to go in and ask for our order. I had to wait more for them to figure it out and to basically be handed the shake with no straw,no apologies and well nothing but at least I got the item I paid for.

I sat in 3 different stalls each for 10 minutes each so 30 minutes in all and no one would even answer. It wasn’t busy. I watched about 3 people also leave cause they would not answer… this place has always had horrible customer service but this was just ridiculous.. it’s fast food not rocket science.
