Several stalls were not operational. We ordered a large and medium onion rings and they both looked exactly the same. We ordered medium chicken bites and 4 ranch dipping sauce to cover all 3 items, but only got 2.

Most of the workers are pretty friendly but they can be painfully slow... it can take up to 20 minutes for them to even take your order once you've pressed the red button. That's happened to us a few times lately. Especially later in the evenings even if they aren't busy still slow. The foods been right every time tho so that is a plus!

The food and service was great. The bathroom was nasty and the screen on the patio where we were sitting didn't work so we couldn't pay at the screen. But they did brew some coffee for me even though it was 8 p.m. so overall it was a good experience.

I ordered a recee's blast and added m&m's and oreo's for $2 extra. I didn't know that you could do that until I saw it on their sign. Y'all go get one!! Mine was full of candyđ„°đ€

Been there several times with the following experiences. Takes 10 minutes for them to take your order. You order a sandwich with no pickles and it comes with pickles. You order a corn dog and they don't bring it out to you. And when they do bring it out to you 10 minutes later it's cold. Enough said.

My mom had called to ask where our order was (we had ordered 30 min prior to the call). I told my mom to hang up because the girl was at the window and as soon as she rolls her window down the girl (blue hair, donât know her name) says, âwere yâall talking crap about me?â..um, no, we were asking about our order that you took a century to deliverđ. anyways, between sonic & mcdonaldâs i donât know which is worse. both have sorry employees with horrible manners. do better lucedale.
They do not want to answer the speaker when you push the button. I ended up doing a order thru the app. After the name of who was bringing us our order no one came until 15 minutes later. The button stayed flashing for almost 30 minutes before we got out to go find out where our order was someone came on the speaker and was extremely rude.

Sometimes, this place is really good. Other times, not so much. Had a problem for a while where they wouldn't blend the shakes and blasts. Ice cream on top and the additives all in the bottom. Burgers and hotdogs have mainly been decent though. Service is okay.
