Smelled heavenly as we entered after church service on Wednesday night. The smell of bread and the perfect temp from a chilly evening made it so inviting. Both the ladies on staff were attentive and pleasant, waiting for us to decide on our meals. We eat here occasionally, but this night was exceptionally well received.

A couple of Wednesday nights ago now, I called ahead and placed an order for an event we were having at our church that evening. Without hesitation they said no problem. Well there was a slight miscommunication and instead of one platter I ended up with two. But I payed for both even though the store told me I didn't have to, because it was going to a church function. I'm so glad I got both. Just a couple of half sandwiches were all that was left of those platters. Thank you to this store and the employees for going above and beyond for me.

We actually didn’t get to even order. My husband wanted a salad however the lady that was supposed to be helping us was too busy flirting with the gentleman ahead of us so we left. She never addressed us. Poor customer service!

Every time I order from Subway in Lucedale Ms they get my order wrong I don't think they even try to get it right Today will be my last time I go there it's ridiculous I ordered the Footlong Steak n Cheese Melt *Artisan Italian Bread Grilled *Double Meat *American Cheese *Extra Green Peppers *Extra Red Onions *Spinach Leaves *Mayonnaise *3 Chocolate Chip Cookies *Bottle Coca-Cola Drink 20oz I got dry Italian Artisan Bread no Mayonnaise no Cheese, Extra Spinach Leaves which I don't ask for not Grilled and it wasn't a Melt Just dry Bread And it cost me $17 One thing I want the people who work at lucedale Subway know if you don't like you're job then quit My money I'm spending I want what I ordered done correctly!!!
