This is my 3rd time my daughter and I have tried this place since they took over the last mexican restaurant. I have not been please anytime.
Today our order was the 3 taco plate which my daughter said was ok. My plate on the other hand was just down right horrible. My tamale was microwaved which left the tamale hard and extremly dry so hard I couldn't even eat it. My chilies relleno was cooked in old fryer grease that it was so nasty and greasy I didn't eat it, the beans came right out of the can no seasoning, no flavor, and cold. The rice was either old or under cooked. Yes I get that it was a 12.99 plate but still. They wonder why they have no buisness because the food is nasty. The chips tasty just like my chille relleno old and nasty grease. I can promise I will not be back. 3 strikes and you're out. Need better cooks or owners because you just don't care and it shows in the Food.

Horrible experience. The girl told me her name was Yaneth, or Yanath awful customer service and very rude. Chips were cold and stale. Food was cold, no taste to it. Won't be back. Not sure how they are going to make it with this experience already happening have heard from multiple people but wanted to try myself.

This restaurant is under new management, so there are kinks that need to be worked out as there is with any restaurant. Overall, the food and service was great. I will definitely be back!!
the Fajita Burrito is sooooo good
Very good food plus the service is great
This use to be our favorite place to stop as we drove from our daughters in Columbia to our home in Vancleave.
Sad to say our meal on 5/13/2025 left little to be desired. We ordered the Taquitos and they were paper thin and burnt. I did take pictures but can't post them? This use to be our favorite item on the menu ....they use to be thick, flaky, and delicious.... but tonight they were hard and burned ....We have tasted better frozen from a box....
My other issue is please bring a bowl for everyone at the table for salsa. No one likes to eat from it after seeing others double dip. Asked for a bowl and had.to wait 10 minutes for it.... then asked for an extra order of Tortilla and had to wait 12 minutes for them.
Friendly service and excellent food.

Best hidden little gem in Lumberton, MS!!!Fast friendly service and very good food. If you haven’t been you’re missing out!!!
Edit: Trip number 3 and this resturant is still 5 star worthy!!! Very laid back atmosphere. The food and salsa were excellent. How ever I opted not to get queso tonight due to prices. Also, prices on meals have gone up. I understand prices are high everywhere right now so that’s a given. Service lacked a little in the beginning but all in all it was an excellent experience!!!
Edit: Trip number 2 and I still give this restaurant 5 stars. Considering the raw crew and how busy they were, I was a bit disappointed with quality tonight. I decided to order queso dip tonight with my chips. It was extremely watered down and cold compared to what I'm used to. I also had the taco dinner. The meat was very greasy and rice was not quite done. Service, however, was excellent considering how many people were there tonight. You could tell the workers were a little overwhelmed. I think if they had a few more people working here that would make a huge difference and this restaurant would thrive even more!!! Cudos amigos!!!
Considering this restaurant has only been open for a short period of time, and how busy they were when I was there, it was pretty good. I had tacos de caballo. Two chicken and two steak. The chicken was spot-on delicious, as was the steak. The fried corn tortillas were a little over fried for my liking, but still good, and the rice had the best flavor of any Mexican resturant I've been to with the exception of LaFuente Mexican Resturant in Purvis, MS. They were busy(full house) and killed it!!! Despite the wait, it's well worth it!!!
Well done, senors!!!

The Chicken Nachos I got were pretty good! The service was good as well.
