During the Hobbiton tour we stopped here for about 30 minutes after touring the movie set. Very good theming and they offered 3 alcoholic drink choices and 1 non-alcoholic. They had a dark beer, amber ale, hard cider and a non alcoholic ginger beer. We tried the hard cider and ginger beer and enjoyed both. They sell a variety of tempting snacks including scones, cookies, muffins and pies but we saved ourselves for Shire's Rest Cafe. They have a picture opportunity where you...
Took the lunch tour and couldn’t get over how amazing the experience was. We started with our tour. Our tour guide was absolutely fabulous and did earn so many brownie points by helping one of the elders in our group (thanks Dan). The best part was the banquet and the service and the chats. Meeting and chatting with the all the different people all’s of life was an absolute highlight for me. Looking forward to returning again always a fantastic experience heading to the shire...
Apple cidar and ginger beer all brilliant. Food fine. Don't forget the dessert. A mug would be presented to you, though you might not as well take it away. All the enviroment appeared to be "ancient" and natural. Impressive and cool. 尽量去吃午餐啊，提前订票即可。可以订当地旅行团。我们订的bush and beach专做奥克兰与周边，10来个人一个大面包包车，在city的酒店门口接人，比较便利。
