4 employees with an unlocked door and as soon as myself and family walked in they started screaming that “they had no manager” and they weren’t cooks and we needed to leave right now.
Do better! We all have staffing issues, but lock the doors (the keys were in them) shut the outside lights off, toss up a sign….

We stopped here on our drive from Ft. Walton Beach to St. Louis. This is a KFC/Taco Bell. I had KFC, my wife daughter and niece had Taco Bell. We walked in the door and stood at the counter. There were 5 people working. After 4 minutes, a young man said, "someone will be right with you". In another minute or so, a young lady took our orders. Bathroom were dirty, no soap, actually smelled bad. My chicken tasted like typical KFC. After 10 minutes or so, my wife was holding her stomach saying something isn't right. My stomach is really getting upset. My niece said me too. Pulled over to a bathroom for them. Over the next 4 hours, I pulled over 5 more times on the side of the road for someone to throw up. My daughter and I were fine, but for my wife and niece going through this while traveling was absolutely no fun for anyone. It also added over an hour to our travel time.
Would give a zero if possible. Order a 5 piece tender with large fries. Was advised that combination wasn’t available, I’d have to offer 3 piece and large fries. I said ok that’s fine. Pull to window and they say it’s $16 dollars. When I question why it’s $16 employees get an attitude and tell me to pull around they are waiting on my tenders. Robbery and poor attitudes

Let me say this, at one time, this place may have justified the 5 star ratings it got in 2016-2017 but those days are long gone. I have been coming here off and on for 7 months and they have yet to get my order right either in the store or through the drive through. Several months ago, I ordered a chicken sandwich with no mayo inside and it came with mayo. Brought it back up to the counter and was given a replacement with a stale bun. In the trash it went. Today I ordered food from the Taco Bell portion with no sour cream through the drive thru. I was given two crunchy tacos; not my order. I went back through the drive thru and was given "my food" loaded with extra sour cream. In the garbage it went. I spent almost an hour waiting just to get not my order. The bottom line is this, the employees here do not pay attention and they just don't care. I have probably been here 20+ times since January and I have yet to get the order I have placed. I will not be going back. Someone needs to step in here and intervene with the management and staff.

The bathrooms and dining area were absolutely filthy, the drink dispenser and lids were unsanitary. The crew, while friendly, was more interested in talking on their phones and socializing with people in the parking lot than serving customers and cleaning up.
