We stopped here on our drive from Ft. Walton Beach to St. Louis. This is a KFC/Taco Bell. I had KFC, my wife daughter and niece had Taco Bell. We walked in the door and stood at the counter. There were 5 people working. After 4 minutes, a young man said, "someone will be right with you". In another minute or so, a young lady took our orders. Bathroom were dirty, no soap, actually smelled bad. My chicken tasted like typical KFC. After 10 minutes or so, my wife was holding her stomach saying something isn't right. My stomach is really getting upset. My niece said me too. Pulled over to a bathroom for them. Over the next 4 hours, I pulled over 5 more times on the side of the road for someone to throw up. My daughter and I were fine, but for my wife and niece going through this while traveling was absolutely no fun for anyone. It also added over an hour to our travel time.

Would give a zero if possible. Order a 5 piece tender with large fries. Was advised that combination wasn’t available, I’d have to offer 3 piece and large fries. I said ok that’s fine. Pull to window and they say it’s $16 dollars. When I question why it’s $16 employees get an attitude and tell me to pull around they are waiting on my tenders. Robbery and poor attitudes

The bathrooms and dining area were absolutely filthy, the drink dispenser and lids were unsanitary. The crew, while friendly, was more interested in talking on their phones and socializing with people in the parking lot than serving customers and cleaning up.

I went through drive thru and ordered the 16 piece chicken tenders family meal and then an extra 6 piece chicken tenders only (was feeding 4 grown men). I asked for hot sauce and ketchup at the speaker and then was told to pull up to window for total. She tells me total quietly and I thought I heard her say $57.72 but when she hands me my receipt (which I had to ask for) I see I was charged $86.72!! I look and she charged me for a 16 piece, not 6 piece?. She gets the manager and the manager gives me a refund of the difference between a 16 and a 6 piece. I ask again for ketchup and hot sauce and they acknowledged it. They start handing me my bags and I asked again, is there ketchup and hot sauce in here? Girl says yeah. I ask, and this is all of the order? Girl says yeah. Get to my husband’s job site and start making their plates and they ripped me off an entire 6 piece, I only got 6 biscuits, not 8- so ripped off 2 biscuits, and THERE IS NOT ONE PACKET OF KETCHUP OR HOT SAUCE!! The girl even put on the order ticket “NO SAUCE” when I asked for it AT THE SPEAKER when she was taking my order and then again numerous times at pick up window. I don’t understand what’s so hard about taking orders correctly and actually giving the customer what they asked for instead of being lazy and lying to their faces.TL; DR - got ripped off an entire 6 piece chicken tender, 2 biscuits, and ketchup and hot sauce even tho was told to my face it was in the bag.
