I’ve never seen people working in “fast food” move as slow both mentally and physically in my life. We placed our order and of course the frappe machine was down. I don’t understand how that stuff is always down I doubt it’s actually down I assume they’re just too lazy to clean the machine. We asked for extra sauce and when I got to the window I asked if the extra sauce was in the bag and the lady just shrugged her shoulders…. Like what do you mean you don’t know? Your sole job is to hand me the correct stuff. I had to verify and there was only one sauce. So she had to go get me the amount I was suppose to have and paid for. This McDonald’s is an absolute joke.

Ordered a quarter pounder with no onions extra pickles. I got 2 pickles no extra. I also ordered fish sandwich with extra tarter sauce, I didn't get that either. I also asked for a chocolate shake but the machine is down, which is always down. This McDonald's is located on 45 hwy columbus ms

Went to Macon McDonald’s In Ms they were closed at 7:15/ 7:20pm went through drive through was an hour away from home they were rude and no fries or chicken nuggets

Felt that on duty Manger was quite abrasive and just abrupt with customers and plain rude to staff.. We understand that you've got a position and team to manage, but It's still about do unto others as you would have them do to you..Have we forgotten the Golden rule..or does that not apply anymore.

Well online said 4am they were open we arrived at 5:45 waited till 6am like the door said no one opened. At 6:05 am went to drive thru and lady said we aren't ready yet to give them 10 to 15 minutes. How hard is it to do tour job especially when they want so much money for fast food.

We had an online mobile order, and it took over 40 minutes to get it to us and that was only because I went to the door and complained. We didn't get our drinks so the girl went back in to get them, but then she never came back. I had to yell at the girl in the Drive-Thru window to tell her that we didn't have drinks, and she was saying she already gave us drinks... But she didn't. And we still didn't get any of our sauces for our chicken nuggets.
