Stopped in on our way home from the beach. Walked in to water all over the entry way. They did have a caution sign, however, water was in a flowing puddle from the entry door all the way to the counter. In no way, did anyone try to mop it. The order was wrong. We go to make our drinks and the counter is covered with sticky soda. The restrooms were the worst part. I had to tell my girls to squat. For a new McDonalds, it is a shame that it’s trashed as bad as it is. Cooperate needs to come in and rip them a new one. Food was horrible.

We are passing through and stopped for an iced coffee. In the drive thru we ordered a medium iced coffee and a large iced coffee, they had us pull forward to wait for them and said someone would bring them out. After over 5 minutes of waiting I sent my husband inside for a refund. An older lady came to the register and he told her he wanted a refund for the drinks. She said, was it a medium iced coffee and a large iced coffee? He told her yes and she said Let me make them for you right now. The coffees taste fine but it was like they told us to pull forward and then completely forgot about us. I don’t recommend this location.

Was traveling through the area, stopped with my kids to use the bathroom and grab food real quick. The men’s bathroom was out of order. The women’s was so filthy, we turned around and walked out. Both toilets up to the rim with waste and tissue, urine all over the floor. The STANK alone would have been enough.

This is the second time that I’ve stopped here while on a road trip and I won’t be stopping here again. First time food took about 35 minutes to get our food through the drive thru. For some reason they just forgot about part of our order. The Second time I placed an online order in advance thinking that would help and it still ended up taking more than 20 minutes with a lot of confusion and unfortunately the food wasn’t very good either. The people seemed nice inside but just didn’t know what was going on.
The place is also very run down inside. The handle to the entrance door on the right is also almost falling off the door. The bathrooms were in worse condition than a run down gas station on a road trip. One stall was out of order and smelled terrible, the only other stall in the women’s bathroom was tiny and very dirty. The floors looked like they haven’t been cleaned properly in years.
All this to say, if you can avoid it, I would stay away.

The food was fine and the workers were polite, just not the most put together. The dining room was decently clean but the bathroom was a COMPLETELY different story. There was a disgusting liquid all over the floor, and the smell was nauseating. One of the worst fast food restrooms I've ever experienced.

Dirty, smells like burnt oil in here, employees arguing in the back. Slow as a snail in the mud. Men's room sink did not work, no soap. Zip tie holding door latch on. Food was hot. Ill let you know if I die from eating it.

This is possibly the worst restaurant I have ever been at. Never go here if you value your safety. It is uncleanly the food takes forever, your order will always have things missing the ceiling is dripping and everything is broken leaking or nonexistent. DO NOT COME HERE

This is likely the nastiest place I've ever eaten. None of us finished our food. The fries were hot but not the meat on our burgers. The restrooms smelled vile and rank with no tissue in one stall. A lady was mopping the main area, but we still felt it was all unclean, mostly pushing around dirty water with a soured mop. The dining area to the side had shoe prints and was sticky but didn't smell as bad as other areas. I definitely do not recommend this place even for a quick stop, and neither do the others in my party. It is nasty!
