Waited over 20 mins then went to check on order it hadn't been printed or called and I was told we are out of all coffee (we ordered a latte and cappuccino plus a breakfast meal) so we asked to be refunded immediately which was processed incorrectly as we had paid with a coupon that was not returned. Terrible customer service. Bathrooms disgusting - wreaked of old urine. Would avoid if at all possible. No receipt paper in digital order machines. 4+ members of staff sat in restaurant eating and on cell phones.

I was a drive threw the car line was not that long maybe I went at the right time the lady at the mic was nice my orders was right I ask for my chicken nuggets to be fresh out the oil and hamburgers fresh cooked ? I had a huge order and I was taking it back a distance I pulled around she greeted me again at the window paid and pulled up so I had to wait remember I wanted fresh cooked ?. I had a huge order they gave me all my drinks so I told the lady I said ma'am it seems like you have everything so I didn't check. Got home food good in HOT got all my food, sauce's, napkins, and complimentary dessert for waiting. McDonald's you good with me.Kid-friendliness: My kids won't have IT any other way. Go McDonald's.
Solid 10/10The young lady with red hair was super polite. The service and food was good. Driving through late night traveling and it felt good to receive good service.
The bathroom was a mess and there was no toilet paper in any of the stalls. Thank goodness I had tissues in my purse to use.

Who owns this place? Worst McDonald’s ever. Out of ketchup, Out of Dr. Pepper, Out of normal lids (We got coffee lids on our sodas that kept popping off), three ice cubes in each cup. It was sad & I’m not coming back….

This review should really be no stars but that not an option. We're staying in Macon for the holiday weekend and both yesterday today they were not open at posted time. Today we pulled up into a parking spot and two workers were standing in the window looking out and talking as soon as they saw us they smiled and ran. We were going to just sit and wait being there is nothing else around while waiting another employee arrived for work and I asked her if they were open she said they should be. One of the ones that ran from us let her in the girl I spoke with comes back out and says they said they're not ready to open and closed the door. After seeing all the other reviews the owners need to step up and handle their business. Don't stop keep driving another ten mins and go to the Old Country Bakery definitely worth it went yesterday. Breakfast and lunch served with courtesy and professionalism. M-S

I stopped by this place on my way home from Starkville. It was Christmas Eve. I wasn’t happy about having to be pulled up but the food was extra fresh and the nuggets was were extra crispy and good. I have never had McDonald’s that hot and fresh.

The service was as poor as you can get.! The management ought to be ashamed of how the night crew was acting. When we got to the window to pay of our order, the girl employee was screaming at someone in the front of the store. We pulled up to get our food and the order was not right we politely ask could we at least get one of the items on our order. She slammed the window and told the other employee we was fussing about the order, we did not act ugly or out-of-the-way to anyone only ask for the one item. They were all very rude. And screamed and fought each other the whole time we were waiting. It was a disgrace to themselves and to anyone tht was there to hear it. By the way we never got our food. Our order was over $40. You would be better off the keep driving than to stop at this Mcdonalds if you are coming through in the evening. Night crew is a nightmare. Nobody should be subject to that kind of chaos and dysfunctional people.
