This place has the most disgusting bathroom I have ever seen somewhere, the lights don’t work, the toilet paper has stuff on it. And stuff is ALL over the floor! This is ridiculous! Adding on for the food they are out of chicken, staff isn’t wearing hair nets and are eating with there gloves on and food came out wrong

Staff all just hanging out with only one person doing actual work at a time. Touching phones then making food with no gloves. I’m not a clean freak whatsoever but this place was just nasty.

I got 6 spicy potato soft tacos... Literally only 4 things to make and they forgot one main ingredient in it... The sauce that makes it spicy and tasteful wasn't on there. As well as the 30 min wait after ordering our food... Seeing all of the workers there either just standing around doing absolutely nothing or hiding out in the bathroom. We even had someone walk in and ask does anyone even work here? Did you guys order yet because I can clearly see the kitchen wide and open and nobody's doing anything... Attempted to get whom I believe was the manager at the time her attention and she just went back into the office... He left after some words out loud saying it was absurd.. then the females all came out from wherever they were hiding and started talking back saying things that should not be said at all nor around paying customers already waiting for their paid food and seeing them not work and would rather just make us wait

I was given a completely different item than what I ordered. When I took it back to the order desk I was told they didn't have what I ordered! So they just picked out something and gave it to inorder to keep my money?!?! They were not happy about the refund I asked for and were not nice. Horrible service. Rude people.

Stopped in pretty late while driving through. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Food was excellent. Everything was hot and fresh. Restaurant and restrooms were clean.

Employees were VERY RUDE. They shut down the taco bell side an hour before closing and only offered KFC side. Wouldn’t recommend stopping here. Service is honestly un-rateable because it was so terrible.

The moment we walked in, I was taken aback by how filthy this place was. The staff were screaming, cursing and did not greet customers at all. When they took curbside orders out, they would literally hand the bag to the customer and walk away with a word. The food wasn't bad, but i did examine every bite prior to eating because the place was so gross. By far the strangest experience I've ever had at any food establishment. I'm not sure how a place with this low of standards continues to operate.
Ordered a chicken sandwich they didn't put pickles and just a very small amount of mayo.. My husband asked for a steak quesadilla and the gave him chicken...

Worst service. Employee working drive thru was insanely rude. Employee was very hostile when i grabbed my drink but didn’t grab the straw because my hands were full. I smiled and thanked them for my food and got the window shut in my face. Skip over this location if you can’t handle attitude problems.

Really bad experience here. Used the restroom when I am in to wash my hands. I know they knew someone came in. Then went to the counter and waited for 5 minutes, long with 3 other customers. Someone was halfway in the office for a minute, glanced at the counter and disappeared into the office. We all just left and went to McDonald's. Also, the bathroom stall locks with an oversized paperclip.

SKIP this location...grosssss. One of my kids said it was dirtier than their lil sisters underwear, I laughed but couldn't disagree. They were out of tea & told us at 6:15 it was gone for the night, because they had two cars in the drive thru & a couple ppl in line in the lobby. No toilet paper in women's stall..floors gross, tables gross..wished we'd kept driving.My hubby worked at a KFC taco bell in middle TN for a time & that location has always been clean even 20 years later. Their work ethic was pitiful...the guy taking stuff to cars just sat down every couple minutes, knowing the main walkway was disgusting, tables dirty, windows looked white instead of clear...they didn't look interested in doing sidework which anyone who's worked in restaurants understand is vital to keeping it looking professional. When small kids notice it is gross - it is bad!
