We sat in the drive for 1 hour with only 2 vehicles ahead of us. Once reaching the speaker, we were asked to hold for a second to give our order. After 15 minutes, I pulled forward only to find the same two vehicles waiting for their payment/order. The drive makes it impossible to get out. I pulled on through, when able, and went inside only to find no one at the register taking orders. After 15 more minutes I decided to find food elsewhere. I only stayed so long because my wife had her heart set on it. Sorry honey. The service was nonexistent (so I can’t say it sucked).

Ordered double whopper combo only ketchup and cheese. Also ordered double whopper add cheese and chicken nuggets with onion rings. They gave me no chicken nuggets, and two single patty whoppers with everything on them except for cheese. So I go inside and show them it's wrong order. Some staff was nice others were had ticky attitude and asked for receipt..y'all didn't give us one. Waited additional 15 minutes and they still got my order wrong and smothered mayo all over the only ketchup and cheese double whopper. Gave me the old fries and onion rings back so they were cold as well....

Food was amazing. Well mannered staff. Best customer service in Magee by far! Got my food at a very fast pace. I eat here multiple times a week and always receive the best service and fresh food. Very much unlike Macdonalds. I will always spend the little extra money here knowing I’ll receive good food and service here guaranteed !!
