after a 10 hour drive, we stopped and we’re almost home. stopped at Hardee’s to get breakfast. had to turn around and go inside due to order wrong. the person was kind, went back to make it herself as everyone else was busy and stayed positive.

Obnoxiously rude and unprofessional staff.
My mom just purchased a drink, but when she tried to fill it, the Hi-C option on the drink machine was broken. Instead of going down into the cup, several different colors of liquid sprayed her shirt.
She walked up to the counter and was ignored for an unreasonably long time. After the cashier continued making others’ orders, pretending as if my mother didn’t exist, my mom loudly asked if she could get a drink. The cashier asked what was wrong, and my mom explained the situation. She only went to Hardee’s instead of Love’s because they had Hi-C, and she JUST wanted them to fill her cup from the drive-thru machine or refund her if they were going to refuse to fill it.
After several employees were incredibly disrespectful they finally decided my mother could have the drink that she paid for. It was that easy; easy for them to fill a cup of Hi-C and for us to decide that we will never visit another Hardee’s again.

My goodness. This place is a a far cry from the Hardee’s I know. The staff is stoned and can’t get an order right. And it’s dead inside but takes an employee 5 mins to walk to the front. And then 20 minutes to get your super simple order back. And it’s done wrong. They all just laugh at you and act quiet about it. The management lied and told me our fried just dropped. Only for them to drop 10 mins later when a surprised employee found us standing there waiting for an order that hadn’t even been started. Corporate needs to take a close look at this joint. Employees just riding the clock and being clowns.

Hot and fresh biscuits. The closest one is an hour away from me (this one.) It was such a treat to have the biscuits and hashbrowns. Slightly crispy, buttery outside, and soft delicious biscuit on the inside.
