I took a nible...the rest goes to the birds.The fact that synthetic meat is being made and approved for sale by the government is concerning, but hey long as ppl keep eating business is good ?...the burger had no taste and was dry and already made ahead of time...only thing hot from this famous star meal was the fries...but the standards are so low and nobody EVER complains ?

I used to be a huge fan of Hardee's. They closed the one I had in my hometown down and open up a Carl's Jr down the road (which is not good very good either) about 12 years ago and I've never had a very good meal since. I hope that they can bring the quality back up I sure miss them homemade biscuits and gravy.

Ordered biscuits and gravy, and it was curdled and cold. And a Frisco sandwich that was running grease, mayo, and cheese. Left our plates on the table. Don't recommend this place. If we had more time, I would have tried to get a refund. But, the line was backing up.

This has to be the worst Hardee’s in the history of Hardee’s! I grew up eating at Hardee’s in the morning for breakfast before school. It’s one of my favorite places to eat breakfast.Since we don’t have one anywhere close to my house, I swing by the one in Magee when I can.However, EVERY TIME I come here, it’s always the same thing…they’re “short staffed.”This is a problem that the establishment needs to solve…not the customer!I pull up to order at the drive through and they say it’s going to be a few minutes because they are short staffed.After 6 minutes, I asked if they were ready. The employee stated again they were short staffed and asked if I could come inside. I stated that I went to the drive through because I was not prepared to come inside or I would have come inside. I asked if they would be able to make my order or not.They said they would, so I ordered.They asked me to pull forward, so I did.Finally, after about 15 minutes, I got my order and left.
I truly felt sorry for the morning manager. She had spirit but her staff could care less about their employment. Manager chewed out one of her employee for about 5 minutes about this employee having no one in the drive thru, while he stood around being lazy. There was a big back log of orders for the manager to get angry at said employee. This berated employee also handed me my order without any courtisy, acting like he was in some emotionless assembly line. Driving down the road, I discovered my large hashbrowns missing, and a sausage bisquet that look like it had been dropped on the floor. This lackluster care about their jobs and they still demand 15 dollars an hour for minimum wage is laughable.

Arrived 0719. Not Opened. Loves Employee said they went to get Buttermilk. That speaks volumes about the management of a store that is known for their biscuit. Time to find a real manager.

I would give this zero stars if I could. There was a nice employee that made a small mistake, but then the manager came out and made a big deal about it in front of the whole restaurant. After that incident the manager yelled at my child for touching a decoration. My son's food was cold and not cooked all the way, I bet the manager cooked it. NEVER coming back!
