Been here twice now and ordered ahead for pickup, both times the app said ready and both times I had to wait as my wasn’t started. I was screwed on my last 12 pc order receiving 4xwings, 4xdrumbstick and only 2x thighs yep 10 tiny bites for nearly $50 in total.

I had the best lady at the drive thru , I didn’t catch her name but she had dreads with pinkish/redish tips and she had the best personality , my food was so good !!!!! She definitely made me wanna go back again

Preferred through the D/T and had to go back in because sauce was missing. The employees were completely unfriendly and made me feel like a bother, even though Ijust stood quietly and waited since it's clear they're understaffed. It smells like 17 year old grease. The nuggets and tenders were so overcooked, old, and dry that they could not be easily bitten into. I've had better chicken from a gas station at 3am.

This place was nasty and filthy. From the cashier Ruby and her nasty attitude. Girl do your job and stop acting inconvenienced. It’s really sad how youth now a days dont know better. As she gave us our cup, we went to get drinks. Check the soda nozzle because there was a glob of crud that was hanging on for dear life on almost every nozzle. That means they do not clean it. It’s build up… your drinking that folks. We did not take a single sip. So not only are they lazy they also bring their kids to work. The 2 kids were petting to fight and watch videos about people fighting and going to jail very loudly… The floors were filthy and caked with grime. I highly recommend you find another place to eat.

Honestly this place is just bad now. I mean every now and then you are gonna get some bad food. Not everything will be perfect every time. I keep giving this place another chance but I think I am done. Everything that's fried has a dirty old grease taste. The sweet tea has already turned sour. The only thing that didn't taste off after maybe 5 different visits was the pot pie. Each time we ordered we usually always tried something different so it's not just one specific set item that's bad.

Very small pieces of chicken. Cole slaw was perfect! Worst mashed patatoes ever! This place is nasty! Flies everywhere, floor is greasy restroom is simply filthy. As much as i used to love kfc, this place should be torn down!?????
