If I could rate a 0, I would. This is the WORST Krystal I have ever been to. A total waste of money. The Krystal burgers looked and smelled like dogfood. The kids were saying the burgers smelled like poop. I took a pic of them. Just looking at them spoiled my appetite. We threw them all out. 🤢🤮🤢

This place is absolutely horrible you can never get anyone to do their job they talk to you and look at you crazy when you just asked for a simple order they close at different times each night depending on who's on duty stay on the phone take forever to bring you your order and I couldn't remember when this place in Magee has ever been nothin but hell to try to eat, it's always been my last option for me and my family

Tried to order online because they're notoriously slow. Arrived for pickup and they didn't have ingredients for half of our order. Said they could not issue a refund. Must do so through doordash. I told them repeatedly I ordered through the krystal app. They said they could not refund it. I asked for a manager and the employee called someone and told them incorrectly that I had ordered through door dash. An equally unprofessional woman talked with me through an employees cell phone speakerphone where i again explained it was through the krystal app. To which she replied, "We dun do dat." We went to Wendy's instead.

Drive thru had a line so we choose to go inside to get our order to go. For the most part the establishment was clean, needed tidying up by drink station however. The restroom is technically in the connected gas station and it was a hot mess! Do not recommend using it if you stop here to eat. The food was hot. The burger is supposed to have onion, cheese, one pickle, and mustard. We got 3 different 4 Krystal with cheese meals. Two didn't have mustard at all on any of their sandwiches. One had a dot of mustard on 3 of the sandwiches. Would have been much better with the mustard. The fries were really good, I'd definitely recommend those! I would try it again, this was my first experience.

The girl who took out order was so sweet. She was new as well. The manager refused to do anything. Won’t help. We wanted sweet tea and she avoided us the entire time. The new girl was overwhelmed but that’s because they have a nasty manager that needs an attitude check. I would be too

This is the worst Krystal I've ever been in. TOTAL MESS! Too many things overlooked. Restrooms are very unkempt. The floor by counter is trashed and wet. The catch-up packs were soiled and stuck together from many open packs. The manager was informed. She said, " she knows, and they came in like that." Ee were just traveling. We Will NOT eat there again!! Unacceptable ? TerryB

Traveling from Florida to Texas We went through drive through. Young lady was super sweet and made sure our large order was hot and fresh! I like more salt and pepper on my burgers but I'm not complaining... we don't have Krystal's in texas lol
