We stopped here on our drive home from vacation. We love McAlisters, but this one had to have the worst food we’ve experienced at one before. This is what was on one side of one of our sandwiches after we ate the very few bites of chicken that was on it… it was just burnt cheese. It was a waste of $40.
Good salad and chilli
I had the spudmax, my wife had the grilled chicken sandwich and spudmax. Both potatoes were served cold and dry like they had been sitting since yesterday, This is not Mcalister's quality. We won't be back.
My food was almost 50.00 I ordered curbside paid online, sit outside for about five minutes no one was coming to bring my food out .So I went in ,I watched him bag it up and put it on the shelf our sandwich was just ok but the potato was dried out so bad and looked thrown together
Chicken pot pie 🥧 was a new addition to their menu which was good 👍

Passing through as a traveler. Ordered my meal. They didn’t have the fire roasted soup and from there I just knew the place was probably going to be trashed. She didn’t follow orders at all. I specifically asked for something so simple and my entire order is wrong. I spent $55 on a meal I threw away. If I order a sandwich that comes with all the ingredients listed why is my sandwich missing half of what supposed be on there. I asked for nacho and cheese with no meat with jalapeños and they gave me the complete opposite of what I asked for. These ridiculous country towns that are so ignorant following simple instructions is just so hard. A complete travesty!

I don’t say much but I observe everything and the first thing I observed was not being greeted not once my entire time standing there waiting on my order. I did a mobile order and got there a little early so I decided to walk in and wait instead of sitting in the car just incase my food got ready early. NOT ONE EMPLOYEE SAID ANYTHING!! Not a hey, welcome, can I take your order, are you waiting on an order NOTHING! I was in there for OVER 10 minutes and not ONE PERSON addressed even my existence! After about 7 mins of waiting, another lady (white) walked in and stood right on the side of me at that. 2 people immediately swarmed to her to see what she needed and she even got her food before I did. Now granted, she did have a mobile order as well so it could have been placed b4 mine but that was not at all my point. People love to say all black people like to do is use the race card but you literally make it so obviously that our very existence bothers you when you work in a CUSTOMER SERVICE POSITION and can’t service/treat other races as you do your own. What’s even more crazy is that if I would have addressed my concerns, I would have all of a sudden been the one in the wrong somehow. DO BETTER. I watched the girl at the front counter take selfies, horseplay around with the other employees and even eat some of the food from the back but I couldn’t even get a welcome to McAlisters! It’s just sad at this point that in 2024 we still have to deal with this. P.S this literally happened less than an hour ago. Go rewind the cameras, and see for yourself.

We waited more than 20 minutes for our food. I ordered a Choose 2 with Black Angus Club and Nacho Basket. The picture is after I had eaten one part of club. The club was more like a quarter and chips were all broken. My son's club was the same. My daughters uncrustables were still partially frozen. I believe more training is needed in the food preparation area.

My family was traveling through and stopped for dinner. It wasn’t all that busy so the people behind the counter engaged in some friendly conversation. Our order was spot on and they were even able to add a late request. Food was good and the entire time we were there, a person was wiping tables, clearing trash and mopping. The place was spotless. Probably the most pleasant part, I don’t think any of the employees were over the age of 25. What a great team of engaged and dedicated people. Keep up the good work!

I just ordered a bowl of soup with hardly anybody in the building. Staff (10 people) was to worried about their own food so they could leave and not customers. No reason it should have taken more than 5-10 min.

Guy that took our order was nice & we didn’t have to wait a long time for our food. But I did notice when I looked through the little kitchen window that no one was wearing gloves or hairnets. One girl had extremely long fake nails and was handling plates with no gloves on.
