My family was traveling through and stopped for dinner. It wasn’t all that busy so the people behind the counter engaged in some friendly conversation. Our order was spot on and they were even able to add a late request. Food was good and the entire time we were there, a person was wiping tables, clearing trash and mopping. The place was spotless. Guy that took our order was nice & we didn’t have to wait a long time for our food. But I did notice when I looked through the little kitchen window that no one was wearing gloves or hairnets. One girl had extremely long fake nails and was handling plates with no gloves on.

I ordered a Caesar wrap, Mac & cheese cup, pickle spear, and sweet tea at 12:15. The Mcallister’s app told me that it would be ready at 12:30. I probably got there around 12:40 to pick it up, and I parked at curbside. After notifying them that I was there, I waited another 10 minutes in my car, and no one came.
