No one ever came to counter except to bring our food tea was awful poured it out got a sprite it was carbonated water no one would come to counter to ask about it and my tortilla burrito was like a taco hard!! Not a good place to stop and 2 other couples left while we were there because of poor service!! Took us 30 minutes to get a burrito tea and coffee and trashed the burrito and tea!!

Ordered a 4c chicken sandwich deluxe. The bun was molded and the chicken was burnt. I took it back they changed the bun only and still gave me the burnt chicken . I was just out of $10.

I could write a book of all the things wrong here. The staff. WHO HIRES THESE PPL? HOW IS THIS ACCEPTABLE? And don’t order anything curbside cause they will NEVER actually bring it to you. You have to go in to get it or it will just sit there. This is a sorry excuse of a business. No fries in my kids meals after waiting 30 minutes for an order I placed 20 minutes before I arrived.

Worst McDonald’s I have ever been to got here at 5 to order food didn’t get our food until 6 front lady had a nasty attitude walking in employee were outside smoking and are still outside as we’re leaving no one is wearing gloves and white lady is on her phone forgot our fries took 15 minute to get them lady’s are bagging food with NO gloves and no one had gloves period
I ordered my food on the app then was at the location within 15 minutes. I parked in a mobile order spot then proceeded to wait 36 minutes before I went in to see what was taking so long. I tried to get someone's attention for 10 minutes because nobody was at the front. I told them my issue, they say they're working on it. I wait another 20 minutes and still nothing. I got someone else's attention and they finally got my stuff together. None of it was ready or in a bag and my drinks were not made. I had to wait longer because they left one of my burgers out. Will not return. Absolutely awful.

absolutely terrible service. people were on their phones. not caring to the customers in front. we paid on the kiosk and we ordered a apple pie with our order. the workers did not tell us there was no pies made. i went up to the counter and asked her could she replace it and she ignored me and walked away. i don’t appreciate the atmosphere here. i am employed myself and this business should absolutely be shut down at this point. definitely need to work on the attitude. i can understand being stressed out and short staffed but this is ridiculous.

This is an accumulated events review. This is just by far the worst McDonalds restaurant that I have ever encountered on MULTIPLE occasions. They are all rude, they answer the drive thru with an attitude, they do not repeat your order, they tell you at the window after you’ve paid that they’re out of what you paid for, they make you sit and wait in a pickup spot, etc. Going back to they don’t repeat your order; I ordered a bagel meal and I said the number and I pulled up to go pay and I take fault that I did not ask what was rang up first because it wasn’t shows at the screen by the speaker so I pay, I go to get my food and realized I had 2 burritos so I look at my receipt and they Rand me up for the completely wrong thing. Again, my mistake as well for not checking but this would have never happened if they weren’t lazy and would just read off the order like every other fast food restaurant does. Then there was another time I paid for my meal and I got a bagel meal and I paid and then go to the pickup window and they tell me that they’re out of bagels and asked what else did I want? I said well that’s kind of frustrating because I paid for one of the most expensive things on the menu. When you go to a fast food restaurant you are not only paying for the food, but you want to enjoy your experience while being there and even my 8 year old daughter hates going to this specific McDonald’s because they are always so rude. When we leave she says “why are they always so mean?” I’m usually not one to complain because stuff happens and people have bad days and I don’t want someone to just me on a one time experience but this has been going on for almost two whole years. If management cared, they would have made changes by the looks of their many other 1 star reviews that I have read.

Awful! Bathrooms needed to be cleaned, no soap or toilet paper. Every hand sanitizer was out as well. Dining area had wet spots all over.
