We ordered thin and crispy. The crust was crispy but the middle was soft. The taste was excellent, however, so we are it with gusto. I do think the oven crawl speed should be adjusted to properly turn out a crispy crust throughout the pizza. We'll have to try it again.

I placed the order online. It took them an hour and a half to bring my food out and I live 3 miles away. They were very skimpy on the ingredients. I then found out they use DoorDash so they gave me a $25 credit but only at the store I could not order online so the next time I ordered my food was double the price almost and when I received my food, the quality of the food was just as bad as before. It’s not terrible, but just saying every other Pizza Hut I’ve ever eaten at is so much better. It’s almost like they have a shortage of cheese…. This Pizza Hut is not any good in my opinion.

I did not catch the gentleman's name. But whomever was working the window on the night of 11/20/2024... that man provided the absolute best customer service I've experienced from any restaurant in at least 20 years! His courtesy and demeanor are exactly what was once standard as recently as 30 years ago. Correction: he was well above those standards. Excellence!
If Pizza Hut wants a strategic advantage over its competition, it cannot possibly go wrong by promoting this man to a corporate position where he can train managers and other employees to follow his example. Allow him to rewrite the handbook. From now on, I will be driving the extra mileage to order from his restaurant; forget the one that is closer to me here in Collins.

I ordered food by app and when I arrived I waited the alotted time. When I got msg it was ready I had to wait behind another customer for probably 10 more min. When I drove to window young man greeted me well, gave me receipt and attempted to prepare my drink. Carbonation was off so he ask I I would like a bottle, of course I said sure. He Came back ask me to pull around He would bring it out as soon as ready. I agreed and sat there for while with no delivery. Went in because at this time it was almost 50 min since order completed. He said sorry we just backed up on orders. I voiced I had long ride ahead and it was almost hour for 1 personal pan, a drink and 4 boneless wings and order of parmesion. He finally stopped gathered my food that was sitting on counter and passed it to me. Forgot parmesion so had ask for it. Pizza wasn't even warm and chicken was just above room temp. The other 2 employees were I guess putting pizzas together to cook. They really didn't act like they had care in the world. I was only person inside and one at window at the time. Very poor service and cold food. Will not be back where my business isn't appreciated. If you tell customer you'll bring it out, don't let food sit for them to have come back in and get it.

They are geared more towards take out than done in. That being said it was clean, food was good,staff were very nice. The only problem is when I ask for parmesan cheese I had to pay extra. That has never happened before.

Don’t order the New York style pizza as it was NASTY. So much so we tossed a quarter of the pizza in the trash.
Same with the chocolate donut bites. Not very tasty, overall Waste of our hard earned money

This was the nastiest, driest, no pepperoni having pizza that I ever got from Pizza Hut. It is cold, tastes like water, and the dough is gummy. This isn’t normal for Pizza Hut…and I paid too much money to get home and be disappointed. ☹️

Absolutely cannot get anyone to answer the phone or they put you on hold and never come back to the call. I hung up after waiting 12:38 minutes and I called again and nobody answered the phone. I don’t see how this place is still open. Worst experience ever with Pizza Hut in Magee ms
