I used to BRAG about the service and food at this Popeyes. I don't know if they're under new management or if some key people quit or were fired, but something has definitely changed. Unfortunately the service is not as good as it used to be. The chicken didn't even taste fresh today. Very unfortunate.

I'm a $*** for popeyes. I pick it up for lunch at least once a week. I'm a fan of the ghost wings and go ahead and give me all the sauce. I never go inside. I order in app and pick up through the drive thru. I want my points!
Stopped here for lunch on Sunday, August 27, and the service and food were both AMAZING! The young lady who took my order was very patient and friendly, and the food was ready as soon as I pulled up to the window. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE & FOOD I've ever received from Popeye's!
