I guess the restaurant was not busy because of the location and how it sat way outta the way. But the food was fresh and hot and the restaurant looked very clean . I would choose this over Wendy's, burger king and McDonald's any day .

JULY 16 2025: The lady serving was awful!!! Had ordered my food at 8, arrived at ralleys at 8:30 just for her to say they were closed (dont close until 9) then shut the window in my face. Will not be coming here again!

We came there the drive thru at 10:05. They opened at 10. We paid and she asked if we could pull to the front and she’d bring out our food. At 10:33 we’re still here so I went in. She said there waiting on the grill to get hot and it still wasn’t ready. What happened to fast food.

We were the only customers at the time so our food was cooked on demand. Really good. The tea was soured though. Had to ask for a different drink.
We pulled up and placed our order at 10:04 pm. Was asked to pull forward to wait. At 10:15 it looked like the whole staff just walked out the back to play fight. We say for another few minutes. My husband went inside and no one was in the store. He called for them while inside no one showed up. Came back outside and loudly asked if anyone was working. Someone came in to finish our order. Finally had our food at 10:25. Not a good experience at all. We love checkers and rallys but this location has poor service for sure

I wouldn’t recommend coming here near closing because they will act like system is down after you say what you would like to order. Highly rude and bad business if your open til 12 am then you should serve until then. Don’t have someone waiting until after you do your introduction and ask what they would like to act like something doesn’t work. They don’t close until 12am I came thru at 11:03 pm
