Sooo yall only help one side of the drive thru, you have a bad attitude when you do answer, you make me repeat my order three times, and still don’t get my order right, and then continue on to blame me that I didn’t speak clearly….. I’m sorry but seriously yall need at least some form of training to have a job… I hate to see this new location go to trash so quickly.

Staying at a motel next door walk in at 10 pm they say lobby is closed. Really what’s the point of having a close at 2 am sign if you’re not open. Maybe more of the places will go out of business.

This location does not need to be open past 10 pm. You are just asking for trouble. Mager is still a small town. They roll up the sidewalks at 10 pm 7 days a week.

Always slow cold food can't seem to give me the right drink... u guys need to shut down and fire all your staff and take a month or to to hire new staff. Are get prepared to go out of business.

The employees had a little trouble understanding my order, but they stuck with it and kept listening to make sure they understood it.The fries were cold when we got them but not too badly.We travel through here every month or so. We'll be back.
Just left the place. Ordered the BBQ bacon Buford. Asked for no mayo, no onions. She hands the food while telling what it doesn't have. It had mayo and onion and it had no bacon. Take it back and then got it with no bacon and unmelted

I really tried to give this place a chance to work out it's kinks. The only reason anyone really goes to Rallys or Checkers is for the fries. There is no reason why I waited over 15 minutes for my order with 5 cars in front of me. Just for you to give me redropped fries. I didn't have time today because I would have came right back and gave them back. I have done this before. I thought it was new management but obviously the same mess is going on.

The lady that took orders was in the The back on her phone we had to inform them I had not ordered yet and she treated me like a kid lazy as hell !!!! But the food was hot and good.
