My husband & I stopped by Sonic Drive-In of Magee, Ms on Friday for some lunch. We were very pleased with every thing from the service, the food, all the way down to facility cleanliness. They got everything correct on our order. Our food was freshly made and hot when we received it. Our carhop was friendly, professional, clean & neat in appearance. We didn't have to wait forever to receive our food. The parking lot was clean and neat as well. We really enjoyed our lunch and will visit again soon. They know what they are doing and they should be commended for a job well done.

Pulled in at 7pm and ordered a oreo blast. I waited till 7:40 and my one item was still not delivered yet. I counted a total of 6 cars while driving away.I am a very patient person when it comes to the food business but I live 30 minutes away in Florence and I'm sure I could have drove to the Florence Sonic and the extra 5 minutes to make it home I would have still had it faster than this Sonic.

Out of onion rings (the main reason I stopped). Ordered a burger combo and asked for fries instead; asked for some barbecue sauce to go with my burger. Hop told me he'd take care of it.
Not only did the bag lack my barbecue sauce, there was zero ketchup for the fries. Upon inspection, they had listed to add barbecue sauce on the chicken sandwich that was also in the order (NOT what I asked for).
I did explain to the manager what happened after eating. She was apologetic.
Honestly, had I read the reviews here before stopping, I would have kept right on driving. I expect more from Sonic.

Sat in the pull in spot for an hour and nobody answered the button, the screen even said the button was activated. After 30 minutes I tried calling to the waiters and they outright ignored me. Even started flashing my brights to get their attention, nothing. However, they were serving dozens of other vehicles while i was parked right in front of their doors. And all I wanted was a bag of ice.
Did NOT GET ANY SERVICE! Employees stood outside talking for 10 - 15 minutes never even took our order with only 3 cars including myself at the place. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS
