Drove up at 9:15am.. employee was behind the counter but would not open the door.

Very disappointing service. Hate leaving negative reviews but the service was terrible from the moment we walked in. Didn't even say hello, just put on gloves and stood there, I had to ask if she was ready to take the order. Only ordered one sandwich and we were the only ones in the building. The total for one six inch and one Pepsi was $18+, I asked why, she says because we added bacon. I asked for a receipt because there was no way it was that much. After I paid she then looked at the receipt and saw she charged for a foot long. Then I had to wait for her to call someone to get the amount voided, and then I had to pay again. Will be checking the card statement to see if the money was actually refunded or if I just paid $28 for a six inch sub.
No fault of the workers, I don’t think, but the women’s restroom was out of hand soap. When I informed them and asked about more, they said “they” as in the store, “have the wrong people working” for that, as if they don’t know where/how to refill the restrooms soap. Also, out of meatballs and not great customer service. I got 1 of the 3 sandwiches I went in for. It sucks to have to pretend to want to be at work and do a good job, but people will take their business elsewhere if they are not met with good service, at least they should. Hopefully, this store is giving the right training and resources to their employees! The store needs help.

Woman working, could be the supervisor, every time I come in she is rude and just seems like she hates life it’s self.
The lady’s that was working was very rude food was good but service was terrible
Very rude young African American employees and rude African American Manager. They only had one bread selection which was white. I tried to order a veggie delight and they put 5 really small tomatoes on the sandwich, when I asked the worker if he was going to put more he told me no very rudely. I ask for management which was an African American female that needs to be fired. She comes out and joins in the rudeness with her other two employees. When I ask why were the tomatoes not regular size she tells me that's the way they send them to them in a rude manner. I stated that I have worked at subway before and the tomatoes never looked like that. She argued with me and even told me I never worked at subway, so I told her to keep that sandwich and I started walking out. She then started fanning me out the door all while several other carcausin customers stood there watching this rudeness with the two black employees and the manager joining in fanning me out the door. The carcausin customers had been standing there for a while just waiting to be waited on and acknowledged while the other worker didn't even try to take their orders. Higher ups need to hurry up and get all new employees before you have no business!!! This is not how customers should be treated. I will never return to this location. I drove to Richland where the tomatoes were the correct size and the customer service was way better.
This is the worst looking and tasting sandwich I have ever had
We went in tonight 2/25 and they were out of ham and cold cuts. This isn't a one time issue, almost every time I've been here they are out of a main ingredient a sandwich shop should have.
RUDE❗️I dont know what there problem is but they ALWAYS have an attitude for no apparent reason and are always out of things!
Employees where very rude and unhelpful. And the bread was very hard like it was over cooked and steal and the general exercise was bad and who ever is in control of the Employees needs to replace all of them and hire some decent people.

Most of the employees have been super friendly and helpful. I've only encountered 1 rude employee. My food is fresh and I've been back several times. I'll be back several more times.

Used doordash for an order and never received it. The dasher did not follow directions and no idea where the food went. Went in person to get the same order and the employees took care of us. We got a replacement order made. Staff was friendly and just as disappointed in the dasher. Great service with a smile. Will return.
