Employees nowhere to be seen with a crowd of people in here at lunch time. Had to order on the self help kiosk. Then since i wanted to pay cash had to wait for the sped. employee to finally come to the counter. Didn't have change so had to pay with a card. Figured the low rating was probably just few isolated instances but this was a total clown show.
Made a call about my online order 1st time ppl answered laughing in the background and I get hung up on. 2nd time someone answers I let her know I be running a lil late she says ok and just hangs up on me before I could finish a sentence...

I feel bad, because I know they were understaffed, but the whole experience was just bad. Our order was not only wrong but incomplete. The wait was so long and the staff was so inattentive that it never got fixed. The taco shells were stale, the beans were thick and dry, the food was thrown together very careless and sloppy. Dining room was unorganized and dirty.
