We ordered a 12 pack of crunchy and soft tacos , gave 5 crunchy and 1 soft, I said I ordered 12,so they charged my card for 6 more and refused to give us the bundle price of 12 tacos.

We have been working on a job site walking distance from this Taco Bell and eat there regularly for lunch during this time the staff have been giving us very fast service and the food quality has been very consistent to Taco Bell standards.

The last time I tried them was almost a year ago. I had to throw away the food. The taste of the tacos was awful and tasted like it was spoiled. I haven't been back since them and don't plan to go back.

Visted the Magee MS location and the staff seems like they don’t have a pulse. How can a customer stand at the counter for 5 minutes and not have anyone offer to take an order? Very poor service. I will stay out of all Taco Bell’s in the future. Someone needs to lose their job in Magee. Left and gave another restaurant my business.

This is the worst Taco Bell we've ever visited and we stop at a lot of them including the one near our home. We stopped in here on the way home to grab some food. From the moment we walked in, it appeared as if a tornado had visited. Papers, receipts, and food wrapper were scattered all over the register area. No one was at the register. One young black guy was wrapping up food, but no one greeted us. No one took our order despite this man in front and five other persons working in the back. There were no customers in the drive thru. We were the only ones at the counter waiting to place an order, though there were others milling in the background at the tables evidently waiting for their food orders. No one was eating. We waited for ten minutes. We asked if anyone was going to come and help us. When no one answered us, we left and went over to McDonalds. Is this the way Taco Bell is in Magee, MS now? At 1:15pm, it wasn't even a busy time of day. What happened? Needless, to say, we won't be going back and can't recommend it.

Normally, I'm not really a fan of Taco Bell, but my kids wanted to eat here and we were traveling and wanted something quick, close, and easy so we went. Our cashier was Randa J. and honestly had it not been for her, I wouldn't have even cared to write this review. She was so incredibly friendly! She asked my name for my order, and instead of just taking my name like most would do, she enthusiastically introduced herself and welcomed us to Taco Bell. I seriously don't think I have ever witnessed a more pleasant person. In addition, we had several special order items and they were all correct.
