Great service! Our waitress was”big nat” was very nice and kept up with our needs. Shelly cooked a very tasty steak and the food tasted really good. I would recommend the vault to anyone and will definitely be back!!!

Food is normally good there. But apparently during the week they only keep one maybe two waitresses or waiters so service is very poor can't even get somebody to refill your drink you have to go do it yourself can't even get your own plate to go you have to go get your own box even went and paid without having a ticket.

Ordered 8 oz ribeye. The steak itself was very hood, however the sides were not great. The loaded mashed potato didn’t had much “loaded” and broccoli was mushy and overcooked. The street fries appetizer had roast topping which tasted great. Atmosphere was very loud on a Wednesday due to karaoke night.
