Gabby was our server and she was amazing. Very nice and personable and even brought out one of the Christmas mugs to show us. Of course we couldn't resist. The food was amazing as always

Stopped in on 11.11.25. Was chilly out, yet the AC was blowing cold to the point the waitress was wearing a coat. The music was blasting so loud we couldn't hold a conversation at the table. Decided we didn't want to eat and be miserable, so we left

Some of the staff at Waffle House just need some custom service training. Just simple things like greeting the customer after waiting for about 10 minutes and not get an attitude with the customer for asking can somebody take our order (we was skipped over twice). Come to find out..the worker wanted to eat their breakfast. Communication is key!
