Can't call to place a to-go, can't order online. What's the purpose of having those options if it's unavailable because the staff doesn't want to do their jobs? Not everybody wants to come in & sit down to eat. This is ridiculous.

By far the best Waffle House I’ve ever been too. We go regularly and always pleased every time! The food was wonderful and our server(Cayden) went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Our cook(Josie) done phenomenal on our food. Hands down 10/10.
Some of the best cooks and waiters there are Josie, Cayden, Brennon, Ced, and LuLu! I highly recommend asking for the names listed because they go above and beyond every time we’ve been there and they seriously take their job seriously! We will definitely continue to go back!! 🙌🏻
We walked in and sat at high bar. Waitress was sitting down across the room. She never got up. She spoke across the room asking us what we wanted to order. Got up to come get our money. She gives us our food; I ask for A1. She says they don’t have any. The cook looked at me and then went to the back and got me some. Clearly this waitress needs more training or a new job. I would have fired her on the spot.

Went in and sit down for good 10 minutes. No one came to the table to take our order. No it wasn't busy,only 2 other tables. The employees just sanding around like we weren't there looking straight at us. We left went to Huddle House.

Tables and counters were dirty. The toilet in the bathroom had strands of hair on the seat. Staff was slow nonchalant. The price for 2 eggs, toast, meat, grits or hashbrowns was very reasonable compared to other Waffle Houses.
I was so surprised and annoyed by the flies at this restaurant that I didn't stay and order anything to eat.the tables were dirty and the staff was just sitting around at the end of the counter talking on their cellphones.i was so sad to see what I saw because my son's first job was at a waffle house and he loved working at the one in flowood ms.he passed away two years ago and one of my favorite memories is of him working at a waffle house

Quite friendly staff, waffles were tasty and fresh. We stopped by on our way from Texas to Tampa and were happy to choose this location.
Vegetarian options: You works find many options with no meat contents so they do have vegetarian options
Waffle House is pretty good and the food was hot and fresh. The Service was decent but the place was filthy. Not just oh they are busy and haven't had time filthy but by norm. First of all I sat at a counter that was dirty because all the other empty tables were dirty too. It was the least dirty. I sat there for a while gave my drink and food order and finally I had to ask them to wipe down my eating area. The floor was beyond dirty. Mostly food. I went to restroom it of course dirty but there was a dirty diaper on the floor opened up. I decided not to say anything because they were bound to see it. The problem is I had to come back to this location 2 hours later because a family member ordered something to go. When I went back I went to the restroom again. Same diaper, same dirty bathroom. This time restaurant was empty and all the staff sitting at the tables on their phones and doing other various things. Floors and table tops still all dirty. And it didn't look like they had a care in the world about fixing any of it.

Music was way too loud! Had breakfast and used 4 napkins to sop grease off of eggs bacon was cold and toast was also cold would not even melt the butter on it and coffee was also cold, none of these items were Luke warm they were cold!!
