Watched an employee named Taylor, take a bite of someone’s chicken and then hand it out the drive-thru window to them. No visitor inside could get outside fast enough. She was so rude to the customers!

A lot of the places I stop to eat are out of necessity. I was returning from a Jackson Mississippi trip and needed something to hold me over until I got home. I really like Magee, as everyone in the town I've met seems fairly nice. Wards was no exception, the service was fantastic! Now, I only ordered some chili cheese fries, but they treated me like absolute royalty. They cooked everything fresh for me, and it was also pleasant to see how clean the place was. It's always a joy to find a place that is clean. It wasn't that long before they handed me a very generous helping of chili cheese fries, which were fresh, crispy, flavorful, ooey gooey, oniony goodness! The perfect snack! I'll be back for more of this!

I went in to get a Regular w/ cheese meal and their store brand Root Beer to drink. I am a person who doesn't drink sodas often, and their root beer was definitely a 10. The fries were okay. As for the burger, I should have tried the Quarter with cheese to have gotten the full experience.

When I pulled up to drive thru no one helped me for at least 10 mins or more. They had a conversation while I was seating at the window waiting to order. Not sure what was wrong with the drive thru buzzer. Food wasn't fresh and wasn't prepared appropriately. I freaking love wards but this place here wasn't super bad but wasn't super good either. absolutely disgusting!! my mom and i are traveling back to florida, and due to MANY billboards we decided to stop and give WARDS a try. BIG MISTAKE!! The “Hamburger” was HORRIBLE and tasted frozen. Fries are completely unseasoned and didn’t even come with a sauce.(we literally had to buy chip dip from a gas station because it was like eating cardboard) my mom enjoyed her root beer, and the worker at the window was polite but that was about it. the billboards are extremely deceiving and i wouldn’t recommend this establishment to anyone!!
