Just wanted mustard, ketchup, and pickles and I got cheese. No thank you or have a good evening. Just put the bag on the counter, got my attention, then went back to talking with coworkers.

They took 30 minutes at 2pm. They forgot napkins and straws. They were out of medium and large drinks. They were out of all sauces and dips. They left tomatoes off both burgers. The coke tasted like windex. The bathrooms had no paper towels or hand dryer. I don’t normally get upset about the quality of fast food because you get what you pay for but this place was another level of horrible. And to top it off the people working there that we interacted with were genuinely rude to us. They didn’t apologize for the wait or being out of half the menu.

Like all fast food it's just something to eat while traveling
Visited on 5/8 in the afternoon. Water on the floor at the front door. Looked like it was coming from the kitchen or bathrooms. Only one caution sign. No one was trying to clean up. Employees were busy visiting with each other and not waiting on customers. One family walked out while we were waiting on our food. Drink dispenser was dirty. I will not visit this facility again.

I don’t usually leave reviews. However we travel a lot and stop at lots of fast food restaurants and from time to time you will get a hair in your food. We stop Tuesday 4/15 and my chicken sandwich had 2 hairs and my child’s fries had at least 1. To say the least it was frustrating to not get to eat the food you paid for!

First time I visited here was awesome. Not even a week later, epic fail all around. Food was cold and not correct. All the staff were hiding in the back somewhere, I got tired of waiting so I left and called the customer complaint line.
