My husband and I went through the drive-thru. We ordered two meals and paid for two meals. We only got one meal. We’re on a road trip and was already 10 minutes into driving until we noticed that we only got one meal. I called and tried to get refunded but they said they can’t refund me because they need the card. Horrible service. It wasn’t even super busy for them to forget a meal. Horrible.

Worst customer service. The employees are rude and not friendly. It takes a long time to get your food and when you finally get your food it is not worth the money you paid for it. Restaurant could be cleaner. Please avoid.

Drive thru was pretty quick but the staff were rude for no reason and the food was cold. There was no way I was going in and dealing with their crap based on drive thru manners. Chucked it in the trash and went somewhere else.

I went through the drive through and ordered a spicy chicken sandwich. I started driving away and took a couple bites and realized something was off. I turned my car light on to see that the sandwich was completely raw. I immediately turned around and went inside to show the sandwich and ask for my money back. The shift or manager at the time did not even talk to me or apologize for the raw chicken sandwich and just communicated to the front worker instead of talking to me.

Worst service at a Wendy's in my 40 plus year life! The worker at the register didn't greet us or acknowledge we were even there.
Then didn't pay attention or listen enough to get our order correct.
They then talked about me around the corner loudly for asking for my missing items stating that I didn't pay for them. I proceeded to say I would gladly pay for my tea and milkshake that I ordered and they apparently didn't enter. The person working the register needs to be in a position that doesn't face the customer unless they learn to listen and speak clearly to the customer to get orders accuracy. They made my wife feel very uncomfortable and were not friendly at all. Will never stop at the Wendy's in Magee, MS again.

chicken nuggets taste like they went to Walmart an got great value nuggets to replace Wendy's nuggets an that is not normal Wendy's sweet tea that's ducking brisk lemon tea. yuck
