Hot fresh n tasty with sweet workers

Worst service. Took 45 minutes to get food. Order wasn’t right. Sandwich looked like they stepped on it before serving.

This place always gives me and my family issues every time we try to eat here. Don't order egg rolls, they don't even have them even though they are on the app. One of the drive thrus was blocked by a cone, and you can't see it until you get up to it so you either have to back up around the cars or go around the building and come back up. The staff are clueless and act like it's their first day at life. The food tastes like concession stand food, it's not that great.

This place needs an intervention big time!
Went through the drive thru and could smell the old nasty grease from outside.
Ordered wings, chicken, and fries and all of it tasted like nasty old burnt grease! And the girl at the window was filthy and greasy, and had a bad attitude.
Crazy how fast a brand new place has been ruined.

The food taste quality is still fair, although you have to ask for extra ranch to get this amount. The last few times the actual service is starting to fall off. They forgot our fried pickles last time. Now they’re getting to where they don’t cut up the bacon or chicken strips for the loaded fries, not to mention where is the cheese? Hopefully they can address these issues soon! Btw still haven’t got my fried pickles lol

After upsizing a combo meal to large, this is the serving of fries?

The food is still good and this location was much quicker than others, though it is the least decorated and smallest seating area.

If i could rate this place a zero i would, but i just want to start this review out with if you’re traveling do NOT stop here. they’re service is terrible and it took forever for our food to even come out. the lack of effort is just careless. to make it even worse, we ordered a number seven on the menu and they couldn’t even supply us with forks AND they messed up our order. do not recommend eating here.

Tried to eat here and couldn’t get anyone to take our order. Only 2 customers inside and atleast 6 workers watching us stand there at the register. The worker in our direct line of site wouldn’t put her phone down. It was messy inside. This is new so it’s sad to see they don’t have employees that are there to work.

Couldn’t give it a try. I tried my best to get home from a work trip, to pull up 10 minutes before closing to find all the doors locked and cones blocking both drive throughs… cars were still in the parking lot. 🤷🏻‍♂️ If you close at 8:50, it would be helpful if your posted hours say that you close at 8:50. 🤦‍♂️

2 times in a row I have come to the magee location asked for fresh food have no problem with waiting each time cold food last time coming to this location if you don’t want to work stay home should not have to wait a hour for food

People are friendly but fries are not done and something is ALWAYS missing from my order. The last 3 times I didn’t get napkins and my sauce was missing. Egg rolls was dirt to the touch and hard and nasty and small

Well it looks like this place has caught the same disease as almost every other establishment in Magee. Irs the “I’m lazy, don’t care about customers or my job in general” disease.Did an online order. Walked in and the RBF look and the managers face almost made be turn around. So I figured I’d I smiled and tried to make eye contact it would change. Well, I was wrong about that one. Rolled her eyes and walked away. So I washed my hands and went back to the counter again. I timed my wait. I stood there for 4 minutes and twenty seconds before this young girl called out my wife’s name. The manager was a female, had glasses and a grey tshirt on. She was more worried about something else with the drive thru guy than to acknowledge her customers I guess. I will only be back when I’m desperate enough.If we treated people like that where I work I would be written up on the spot. Without customer service, customers will go somewhere else. Nuff said. Laters.
