We seated ourselves, and the waitress was prompt. We placed our order and waiting close to an hour for a table of four. We could see kitchen staff coming and going out of the back door. The food was decent, but not exactly what we expected.

Spend $50 on burgers & fries, an hour commute, only to get home and throw it all away. I asked for my burgers PLAIN (MEAT & CHESSE ONLY). I get home and the burgers have everything on them. I shouldn’t have to pull everything out of the bag when I get my food, to make sure you are competent enough to follow simple instructions! If you decide to get take out from here, you better pull everything out and check it!

Our son told us when traveling through Magee to stop at Zip's Cafe for a delicious hamburger. I got the cheeseburger and homemade onion rings. My husband got the vegetable plate. They have homemade Zip Sauce and homemade Ranch Dressing. Both meals were very reasonably priced and all the food was delicious! The service was great and everyone so friendly. We will definately be coming back!

Chicken was fried to death, greens were too sweet, we got last order of string beans and they should have been thrown away. And had to wait over an hour just to get our order. Very disappointed. Won't be back.

This is going to be an honest review based on the burger, fries and onion rings. 1- not sure how this place won best burger? The burger is just good I mean yeah but absolutely tasteless besides the sauce that they have which made it decently good. The fries and onion rings are my biggest complaint- absolutely tasteless no seasoning what’s so ever and after waiting 32 minutes they weren’t even hot. So I was pretty disappointed in this place. All of the workers were super nice and helpful but the food is just not their burger at least. I would not waste your time going out of your way to try the burger.
