Never going to this Pizza Hut again in Magnolia,Ms . They made me really angry because the order that was placed on the app had points used for free 8 piece boneless wings when I went to pick up my order I didn’t get the wings then they said they didn’t receive that in the order even though the app clearly showed that those points were used they also didn’t give me the receipt for the order so I know they messed up and were lying about then they went and made the wings and charged me for them anyway I will not be disrespected like this and the app was having issues or it didn’t show on the order is not an excuse when you could clearly see that the points were taken. People talking about the siding with the workers how would you feel if you were a customer and you had a bad experience like this you wouldn’t be siding with the employees then so before y’all side with the employees on this put yourself in the customers shoes for once. I know how people tend to be so fixated on siding with the employees every single time no matter what but I guarantee those same people that do that wouldn’t side with them if they were the customer and something like this happened to them.
