I have not received my products and just understanding the length of time it takes to even be sent. I got the most expensive package. I'm sure that I won't be ordering again. In fact I know I won't. I did receive my products. They do tell you how they process your order and that it take the time they tell you. My edges are growing in. I just used the shampoo and conditioner today. The serum and root stimulate started growing my hair already.

I just recently discovered Canvas Beauty after searching for a new hair care company due to The Mane Choice being bought out. I placed my order June 19 and received a confirmation email with an order number the same day. The email says that a tracking number will be provided within 7 days. I’ll update my review after I receive and begin to use the products but I don’t expect to receive them in 7-10 business days. Shipping has been all over the place ALL this year.. some things are on time and some aren’t. I ordered something from Old Navy that took about two months to arrive but that’s beyond their control. I only wrote this to say sometimes we go in too hard on our own and more often than not we have no idea what they’re dealing with on the back end of the business side of things. A lot of us are becoming the first business owners in our families so I’m sure there’s a lot to learn along the way. I don’t know the owner, but have heard great things about the products and just hated to see all the bad reviews that aren’t even product related but more so about shipping and tracking numbers..

I got my whole fam on this! Delayed delivery but cool. Started June 1 ,2020 and seen 3in and half inch growth. Not too much of the thickness. So I ordered other products to boost the thickness or revive it again. Thanks Shugaboo for a great product

Initial use - today used the product line (deep conditioner, follicle booster, shampoo and conditioner). Everything felt great! No heavy residue on my hands, rinsed clean, and left my hair feeling clean and not stripped. Used the oil while my hair was still damp and it too has left my hair feeling more moisturized than with my other favorite product. Satisfied so far!

I ordered the hair serum on May 4th 2020 and I have yet to receive it. I emailed the company twice and I have not received a response. My card has been charged, yet I don't have my purchase. I cannot file the claim with the mail carrier because the item doesn't have insurance. I would recommend to think twice before purchasing products from this company due to poor customer service and no guarantee that you will receive your product.

I received my product. I expected delays giving where we are right now. I used it once. I will be using it again. However not sure how to use it I read the directions. Not clear especially when it comes to the hairblossomserum what promotes growth. It smells good so im seeing. because I have hair loss. So I am going to continue to use the product.

I'm just reading reviews just so happens to be the day I received my products...i did wait longer than I should have had to seeing as to the fact that I'm in Mississippi as well and I ordered almost a month ago and i had to request tracking info! Im hoping the products work i will update my review after a month of use. I purchased the starter set with the oil shampoo conditioner and edge balm

The least you can do is respond to your complaints of waiting customers on your post and page to include my order and give me a status on my order or refund my money. I do not recommend this company products especially if you're going to be treated with poor customer service and lack of concern to resolve the customers complaint

I ordered in october 2019. I was suppose to get tracking details on 11/13/2019. Today is 11/25/2019 and I have not received anything. I have sent several emails, made numerous phone calls and got no reply. I commented on the facebook posts and they did not respond. Beware.....do not trust the positive reviews. I have started a dispute with my bank because we are being scammed.
