Subway in Marion has such a welcoming atmosphere. The workers are so kind and interested in their customer service. They always serve with a smile, and a great attitude. Here, not only the service is exquisite, but the food is as well. I don’t normally comment or or leave reviews on establishments, whether they be good or bad, but, I believed that the employees at this location deserved a shout out. After a long day, going into a restaurant and not only receiving good food but good service makes any day brighter. Thank you to the Marion employees at Subway. Continue to shine.I would also like to note that the establishment is extremely clean. I have never been into the bathroom at this establishment, but from what I can see in the dining area, as well as the cart, that they serve from, they spend lots of time cleaning, and disinfecting to make sure that the guests are healthy and happy.

I waited 40 minutes for my pickup order and ended up having to go inside to get it. It was ready the entire time, but they never bothered to bring it to curbside. They also made my sandwich wrong.

All the employees were kind except one. She had a nasty attitude from the start. Just acted like it was an inconvenience to make my VERY simple subway. She would blow every time she asked what I wanted on it (which was only mayo, vinegar and oil). Not to mention when I asked for a little more mayo, she squeezed half the bottle on it and started laughing like she was trying to be funny. Will likely stick with the drive through from now on.

Literally 3 works, SO RUDE, took 45 mins to do 4 sandwiches. was rude to a kid for wanting cucumbers on his sandwich. i don’t recommend.

When we walked in, there was a long line. It seemed to move OK. I was so impressed since there were only 3 ladies. One took the order and made the first part ( bread, meat, etc). Next lady did the toppings and last lady did the check out. They were very efficient and polite. Oh yes. The sub's were really good.

Tried to make me pay for a meatball sub that was dry with maybe a teaspoon of sauce on it. There are no excuses. If u don't have the main ingredients, it should never have beenade.

Young inexperienced staff, ordered online and couldn't provide my vehicle based on choices available so no one came to bring my order. I had to go in and get it, and the tuna footlong that I had was so-so.
