Took over an hour for the food to come for a party of 5. When it finally arrived it was poorly done and incorrect. 1 item sent back cause there was paper in the food.
Also saw a small black / orange bug crawling on the wall next to the table.

My waitress was very attentive to every table but mine. Tables that came 20 minutes after me got their food before she even took our order. She came to check on us after she dropped off the appetizer and completely forgot that she never took our order. She will be getting a tip but not much. I ended up just ordering my food to go. Second time I’ve had horrible service here, will not be back .

I drove thirty minutes one way to come get the triple appetizer special only to be told that I can’t order it because they are out of pickle fries!! This is not even one of the items I was picking and the manager refused to fix it where I could order to get the items I wanted that were not out of stock!

I ordered DoorDash and it was absolutely delicious and well packaged. I eat at this particular Applebees a lot and today they knocked it out of the park !!!!!! I know people are quick to complain but not so quick to compliment someone and they done it perfectly!!!!!

Had lunch there on Sunday 9/21/25 my salad was good but it took the waitress 20 minutes after I sat to take my order then another 20 for the manager to bring it to the table… once I asked for the check it took nearly 20 minutes to be brought to my table and only after I told the hostess that I was walking out without paying since I could not wait any longer. They were NOT busy!

Burnt burger, cold appetizer and fries. Service was terrible. This location was doing so well a while back and now they have just fallen back into low-quality food and horrible service.
Upon entering we were greeted gracefully. Usually we do not go out to eat with big parties due to staff giving poor service. We came with 9 people and the service was great. Drinks stayed full, food came out in a timely manner and our waitress was great. recommend the 2 for 25 plenty of food to fill you up and take home

I ordered a well-done steak but it was raw inside — completely inedible except for a few bites from the edges. The shrimp had issues too, and shockingly, the cheese had paper inside it. For nearly $80, this is unacceptable. This is not the first time I’ve had problems here. Last time, the steak was burnt black; this time, it was raw. Two bad experiences in a row show zero consistency or quality control. Very disappointing, and I will be filing a complaint with management.
