My hamburger was literally burnt as was the inside of the bun and actually served to me that way. I ordered onion rings but served fry’s instead. They did bring the onion rings back after another 10-15 min. My son’s chicken entree was nuked as to melt the cheese on top. It looked like he had a glob of plastic on top of his food after it had cooled. My husband ordered a burger and fry’s. His seemed to be ok. We waited 45 min to be served and to have such poor quality and poor service is unacceptable. The manager apologized but damage was already done. No, I don’t want anything else. We have been here an hour. Been a long day at work and I am ready to go home! Apple Bee’s of McComb has not had good service in years. The garlic butter wings with ranch were ok. Way too much garlic though. I do not recommend Apple Bee’s in McComb MS. I swear it was like a Gorden Ramsey episode of Hell’s Kitchen!

The place as taken a turn for the worst...the first place they seated us the seat was ripped with a big hole..we asked to move...the drink came out in dirty a glass,one 2 people ordered bacon cheese burgers, they forgot the bacon, and when they asked it was brought out cold, like it was just left behind, one person asked for dessert and the ice-cream looked like milk on her brownie, she sent it back...l had the shrimp &chicken /potatoes it was nasty , I left it on the table. I went to Wendy for a 5$ meal...

This time, the food was amazing ?. Last time, not so much. However, the manager followed me to my vehicle with a gift card if I came back. Reluctantly, I would with my husband in tow. We got an app and 2 entrees, and I got a mixed drink, so it was a bit over. The food and drink were so great we did not mind paying the difference at all. Sadly, they had a new manager. He came out to greet us and help me find a plug-in for my oxygen machine. From the hostess, waitress, and manager, everyone was kind to us. We will be returning soon!! ?
Parking: Plenty of parks.
Kid-friendliness: Everything is very kids friendly.

This place is terrible. We've given it 3 tries in the last several months and all 3 were subpar. Once, it was bad enough they comped our meals. The most recent, we ended up just guessing our total and leaving cash on the table. Probably gonna be a long time if we ever go back

On Tuesday, Sept 3, I had the Fiesta Lime Chicken and the chicken was very tough. I could have cooked it a little more but it was supposed to be cooked already. I have had this dish before and it is delicious. Unfortunately this time someone was in a hurry and didn't make sure it was up to par.
