Every single time i come here i know the waits are ridiculously long so I order ahead either through mobile thru or curbside and yet I always wait ATLEAST 10-15 minutes while everyone else goes right on past that pulled through the drive through way after me. I waited 15 minutes in curbside for a burrito. A singular burrito while there was barely anyone in the parking lot.

Everything was cold! We asked for everything cooked fresh asked repeatedly!! The order came super quick I said this was all dropped fresh? Yes ma'am absolutely! Lies!! We pulled over into parking lot and checked! nope! Nothing was scorching hot, the buns felt like out the fridge! Someone needs to address that at all chic fila locations..Because the last 3 sandwiches I've had from different locations have had cold buns which takes away from the sandwich to me.who wants to bite a refrigerator cold bun! Then if the chicken isn't scorching you end up with a cold chicken sandwich! Very pricey for cold food! The drinks were flat,sweet tea wasn't sweet enough..The Mccomb Ms location was a Fail for my family! I wouldn't recommend!

Bathrooms were very dirty. Staff was unmotivated and not friendly. There was not ONE clean table in the whole restaurant. A shift leader in a red shirt stood waiting for food as long as we did and never bothered to clean tables. Not the normal expectation of other locations.
