I work for MSU, and wanted to gift some future students from SWMCC with Chick-fil-a, and this was the easiest catering I’ve ever done! Ordered online, was ready at exactly the right time, was called by a chick-fil-a employee to make sure I knew It was ready, and then when I walked in the location, was greeted with a smile, and then Jace (an CFA employee) even helped me carry the food to my truck!He asked how my day was and we even had a friendly conversation about what I did for MSU! What a great location, great staff and great food!! Jace! Appreciate you my man!!
Lately, my wife and I have been having Chick-fil-A for lunch most days. This particular location is not the closest to our house, but it is the best in Fayetteville. The quality of the food, the service, the accuracy of the orders, and the speed of the drive-thru are all superior to the others.

Worst chick fil a experience ever. Super slow, bad drive-thru service. Employees seemed frazzled and stressed and unclean. Not helpful/knowledgeable with a menu question I had. Would not go to this location again.I expect continuity amount this brand, and that was not evident here. Got some milk for my child, and it was room temp at best.I've heard the dine in experience is good. But drive thru was disappointing.Also, there is a lot of one way road and loops that make the location difficult to navigate.
