I have been to many many restaurants and fast food places across the United States, but I can say with full confidence this is the single worst place I've ever been too. The staff were lazy and rude standing around laughing and looking at me like im the moron for ordering food. Then a full HOUR after I ordered I finally got my food and like a fool gave lazy employees the benefit of the doubt that everything was in order. Of course it wasn't. No straws, no sauces, and 2 entire sides missing, and harshly overcooked food. Its honestly impressive how bad this was. Makes a high school cafeteria feel like a Michelin star restaurant by comparison. Genuinely pathetic.

I placed an order online get to the window they said they didn’t see it so I told them get my bag the receipt on the bag so I get home half my order is missing call the store back the lady answe was so rude I told her my order wasn’t right she said I fix your bag myself she then said sorry you can come get it I tried to tell her I’m in a wheelchair but she hung up up

This was my worst experience in a long time. There was no utensils for the 3 side items I ordered and the customer service attendant didnt bother telling me while I was ordering, nor when she gave me my order. Upon checking my bag, i had to pull back around to the window. The chicken wings were so greasy I couldn't eat them. There was sitting oil in the bottom of the container. I ordered an apple pie that I didn't receive. I didnt notice until I was I got home over 1 hour away. I will never go back to this place.

Place to order for 10 strip meal. Was told I have to wait 6 minutes. Weight turned into 25 minutes. Was at prime eating time - didn't understand how you're not prepared for it? Paid for side of fried okra-did not receive. Chicken was supposed to be fresh but was tough. Biscuits only 1/2:risen &;hard. Will say great employees - cust was having car trouble and drive-thru and entire staff went outside to try to help them to clear the car out of the drive-thru Lane.

The buiscuits are worth going to war for. The staff is ok. They have gotten our orders wrong a number of times. Place is also usually not the cleanest. Nearly every time ive tried to dine in the tables are filthy and covered in detritus from the previous user. Bathrooms always smell awful. Chickens mid at best but lately better than kfc. Prices are too high.

The staff deserve 4 stars. They were awesome. Answered our questions, showed patients and had a good sense of humor.
