Amazing food omg is it worth a stop! My coworker and I were passing and stopped down the street for fuel and saw da cajun shack and figured why not. OMG was the Po Boy and the buffet was insane good. We're talkin definitely below I-10 level cajun cookin. Might have to make the 10 hr trip just to get another filling. And I am not joking, been craving it ever since.
The service was good but the food wasn't good,crabs were salty and never kept any on the buffet line. The oysters and fried shrimp were bland and no season. The steaks were awful no season just out the plastic on the grill. Was really not impressed with this place.

I ate boiled gulf shrimp, red shrimp, ribeye, & my favorite snow crab legs!!! & although I can’t eat as much as the normal person, I definitely eat my moneys worth!!
