Made a mobile order had to wait 20 minutes after the app said my order was ready also DoorDash got their order before I did ! Customers were walking out, I will never order from this kfc again !!!!

Was looking forward to chicken and potato logs. Chicken was dripping in grease.. Potatoes seemed as though they were cooked 2 days ago. Will wait another 5 years and try again.

This place horrible food/staff etc. Went there twice this month and was missing food both times (my bad for not checking) but went this Saturday 9/27/25 to pickup food for my daughter's birthday party and it was missing a 10 tenders and the bucket of chicken was cooked to a crip. It was so bad the bone was showing on the legs. I even asked the girl that handed me my food was it all there because last time the forgot 2 orders of tenders and biscuits. She said i dont know i dont cook the food 🤦♂️ i should've know it was doomed to be wrong right then. So i wouldn't suggest to go there anytime soon till they can get better people that care to work at this location.

Worst service ever. Ordered on line waited in drive through line 15 minutes although I was the only customer in line. When they did come to the window (only when two other cars were behind me) I was asked to pull up and they would bring it out. Which I kindly refused to do

After going through the outside drive through ordering station and placing my order I finally got to the pay and pickup window only to find out they were out of chicken and wanted me to pull down and wait for 30 minutes for the chicken to cook. How does a place that specializes in fried chicken run out of chicken? Poor management probably.

Every time I go here, they tell me they do not have change that you have to use a card to pay for your meal. So for now on I will pay for my bill with change if anyone reads this please go somewhere and get changed where they can pay people back this is the way they steal from the public they keep the change
