This was absolutely the best McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Saw them come out from behind the counter and hug a customer. Wish I was in Louisiana more often. Trina and Miss Sierra are the best!

I have lost a little faith in McDonalds.... Until this evening!!!! These ladies were on point! Food was good and fresh, really tasty! And they helped me with the mobile app too! And all the restaurant area was really clean, even the soda area was really clean! Good Job, I appreciate you all being here!

I got food from here tonight and it was not good at all the fries were somewhat burnt and I could taste that they were cooked in old grease and it made me very sick on my stomach and I also got a big mac that wasn't made right it was missing the middle bun and I asked for no onions on it and they put them on it
If you can't order food between 3am and 4am then they are not really open 24 hours then are they?
Edit: I got a call from a territory manager who said they're sorry and will review why that happened.

We ordered breakfast and it was pretty good. My complaint is they put ice in my orange juice, which made it very watered down. When paying that much for a large orange juice, who wants it watered down?
