I ordered my food at 5:54 and at 6:40 I still haven't got my order I asked for my money back and they ignored me and went to the back the order was only wings and cheese sticks you should be able to tell how how feel about this place

Ordered on the app never received it. Tried calling the store 3 times with no answer. This is the second time that this has happened. I foolishly gave them a second chance. I won't make that mistake again

Tried calling in order on hold 20 minutes never placed order got 2 McComb then took order through drive thru then had 2 wait 15 more minutes 2 cook pizza. Want Ever be go AGain they don't even get 1 star 0 FOR ME.

Dine in experience is not the same u have no waiter or waitress had to order my food at the counter and pay before I sat down had to get my own refill of my beverage and get my own to go box. �

Ordered our pizza for delivery online at 7:12 pm… Est time was already ridiculous. 94-104 minutes, but it’s a Friday night, so okay. Mind you, they don’t give you a wait time until after you’ve paid. Est delivery time 8:52pm.. finally, at 9:09pm, I get a notification that our order is on the way. I live 6 minutes from there. 10 minutes tops if traffic is stupid. We wait until 9:45ish. Call and finally get through and she says, “ oh the driver is about to leave now.” Now it’s 10:13pm.. we just called back and asked where the driver is that left. All she could say was “he might bring it, he just got back.” Needless to say, order was cancelled.

OverPriced WINGS LORD HAMERCY YOUR PAYING $2 a Pc for a 6pc wings total $12.00 etc. In a small town such as McComb that is now Growing an on both sides of Pizza ? Hut is 2 wing places Zaxbys & Magoos that have reasonable prices & better service than Pizza Hut in McComb!! I highly DONT recommend anyone to support this business which is own by a Black Guy !! He bought the Franchise an raised the prices on everything in that Restaurant/Pizza Hut ?!! I’m Not a person who bash any clothing companies,Restaurants etc.. But in this situation it be your own Race that try an Raped the community with these ridiculous Prices !! Pizza Hut will no longer receive services from me or my family an I hope everyone who sees this also do the same until we see the prices go down a bit !!
