1-I was not greeted when I picked up my order! 2-The girls that got my order were definitely not friendly! Kinda rude if you ask me! 3 - my food was absolutely nasty! I’m not please with any of it a BIG Waste Of my money! Wouldn’t recommend this place for nothing!

Absolutely Outstanding! Santa Fe Steakhouse in McComb is hands down one of the best dining experiences around! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm, inviting, and full of that classic steakhouse charm. The service was top-notch — friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring.
The food was incredible! The steaks were cooked perfectly — tender, juicy, and seasoned just right. The sides were fresh and full of flavor (the baked potato and grilled veggies were amazing), and everything came out hot and beautifully plated. You can tell they take pride in every detail.

Terrible service and food was worse i was ashamed i ask my family to come to such a horrible experience waiting over a hour for a awful meal left hungry went to McDonald's way better food than we received the rolls was raw and cold and continued from there !!!!
Get better we work to hard to pay for that service and awful food !!!!

All that could go wrong, did! Food was wrong, steak was extremely tough, the taco bowl itself tasted of old grease,the fiesta tacos the were over fried. All this and it took over 45 min to get food. There were only 6 to 8 other customers in the whole place. The manager did comp us on some of the meal..The staff was friendly they just need to step it up.

Way too expensive for the food. The food was nasty, the waitress was rude and very unprofessional. Took 2 hrs for the food to come out and they were not very busy.
Kayla Thibodaux was the best waitress..our cups were never empty food was hot and fast and she was so polite and welcoming…def will be returning and requesting her as our waitress!!

The last three times I went to Santa Fe first time they wait to receded and bring us warm tea and let us know they didn’t have any ice. We left second time they ran out of tea third time no potatoes I guess I’m just not gonna go there anymore.

Food was not bad (tacos), BUT the menu listed sides (beans and rice). When I asked, the server informed me that , per the manager, my meal did not come with sides, even though they were on the menu. I could have the sides for an upcharge. I’ll be coming back to McComb, but I won’t be eating here.

It's a shame to see an establishment with great decor and layout only to have horrible service and food especially when it's way over priced to begin with. Bar tender needs to be trained on making simple drinks. Ordered long island ice tea and it didn't taste anything like it was supposed to and a matter of fact it was horrible. Strawberry Margarita was weak but at least it tasted good. It took almost an hour to get our drinks and even longer to get our food. Chopped and smothered steak was decent and the sirloin was extremely chewy cooked medium rare.
