I have went to this Starbucks many times the past few months. They are generally very nice but they are not on point with orders. Every time I go through the drive thru I’m asked to pull back though no matter if there is a car behind me or not. Then to top it off I went through 2 days ago.. had to repeat my order 3 times and repeat it again at the window. (Not a big deal) I ordered a Large iced white chocolate mocha latte add caramel syrup. They proceeded to hand me a small hot coffee. I was then told to pull to the front of the building where they brought my order out for a second time. When the guy brought it out he said he forgot the Carmel syrup; he proceeded to go back in to fix it. He then came out to hand me a 3rd coffee and it literally tasted like caramel milk. I couldn’t even bring myself to drink it but at that point I was over it.

the employees have a terrible habit of not following the recipes and “doing it by memory” and it shows because they’re constantly skipping steps. my drink is wrong or is missing an ingredient or tastes different EVERY time i go regardless of what i order. hopefully corporate will get yall back on track.
